Did a final walk through before signing the lease and the apartment was filthy. Juice stains on the countertops, hard water build up around the faucets, the floor boards had collected debris, the carpet didn’t seem shampooed, and the shower was hardly wiped down. Instead of cleaning up the unit they threatened me to sign the lease or lose my deposit because they have a non refundable deposit clause within their application agreement. They take full advantage of the tenant/landlord laws or lack there of and fail to conduct good business.

Lived here for a year with my wife. Terrible management. I called the management office to report a noise complaint at 2pm and was told it was not their problem and that I needed to call the police. I called corporate instead and amazingly enough had the office manager call me personally and act like she couldn’t believe I emailed corporate. Terrible place. If you have no where else to live then give it a shot, but if you can go elsewhere then do it.

I am not sure why there are so many bad reviews on here. Most of them that i see are just because people did not read the lease agreement very well and all complaints are things that it plainly states that the apartments are not responsible for. I have lived here for 10 years. Is there noise? YES this is an apartment complex, people have kids and dogs and you are going to hear them. I have had quiet neighbors and i have had very noisy neighbors which i dealt with because that is apart of apartment life. Never once have i turned anyone in for noise. Place is a scam, will lure you into renewing your lease with the offer of a free months rent at the end of the renewed lease, and then claim they never had that promo, windows will all mold if you don't wipe them down every day, a.c. system is barely up to the task of cooling the small apartment. maintenance is done so cheaply you'll have tacks stabbing you through the carpet at all the thresholds, and you'll have to wait several days for any appliance issues as they try and jerry rig repairs rather than replace a failed appliance. look elsewhere.

Just wouldn't recommend. Chronic car break ins, prolonged maintenance problems, and terrible communication from management to put things nicely.
There are nicer apartment buildings for around the same price right down the street, I would try my luck there if I were you. Office staff is nice but this place seems to do the bare minimum for every situation. You WILL have mildew and are told not to put your blinds all the way down to 'help'.
