Amazing experience! I could not get other places to respond to me and then Chase came in and took care of everything! I was moving in from out of state and was very stressed about the process and Chase took all that stress away by helping me out with finding a place and staying on top of the complex to make sure things got done. He checked in on me constantly and made sure I was well taken care of. 10000000% recommend!

I was having issues getting Responses from many apartment complexes trying to move in from out of the state, Then Chase reached out to me and helped me find the perfect fit for my living requirements and gave me a plethora of well fit options to choose from. He was very friendly and professional and always attentive with making sure any issues were conveyed and solved promptly. Phyllis Flores has been an amazing attribute in my partner and I finding our new apartment. We had a very picky taste in what we wanted in the Dallas area, and she was so incredible and very patient. Two months ago, I had to suddenly move out of my apartment and look for another place to live. I contacted many different apartment locators in my area, but they all kept giving me the same list of apartments, none which I liked! I then gave The Urban Avenue a call and Chase kindly picked up. He was very professional and helpful, and explained that his company knows of apartment openings that other locators aren't aware about. He quickly sent me the list, I toured a few places, and I found my perfect apartment.

A friend of mine referred me to The Urban Avenue. Chase was more than helpful and surpassed all expectations for an apartment locator. I have used different apartment locators in the past and none truly seemed to listen to what I was looking for or take my price range into consideration, however, Chase did. I was so impressed when I showed up to tour a loft and he was there to tour it with me. That's never happened with any other locators. It made the whole experience very easy and comfortable. My wife and I are relocating to Dallas for work. After some preliminary googling we liked The Urban Avenue's website and highlighted properties. I called Chase to inquire about the process. He was extremely helpful and asked for my criteria for a place, which was lengthy. I gave him a price range and what we were looking for, and he told me he'd have a property report list to me by the end of the day. By 5PM he had emailed me a list of about 25 prospective properties with personalized comments and available move-in dates.

I worked with Molly at the Urban Avenue twice to help me find apartments in Dallas. She was wonderful to work with! Very friendly, professional and quick to respond. I was moving to Dallas from another state when I contacted her, and she recommended great neighborhoods and didn't recommend any properties to me that she felt were in a bad place for a new-to-the-city woman living on her own to be living. I reached out to Chase when looking to move downtown. I told him the exact areas and price point I was looking for and within a day he had a full list of recommendations broken down with price points and sometimes even availability. He was also very flexible and took into considerations feedback I would give him about what I liked and didn't liked. He even set up appointments for me to tour complexes, so I all I had to do was show-up and someone was waiting on me. If you're looking to move in/to Dallas, I promise he'll make your apartment searching easier.

I just used this locator to secure a really awesome 1 bedroom apartment near Downtown. Chase H. at The Urban Avenue is superb. I sent him my requirements (pricing, short commute, etc.) and as much relevant detail as possible. He followed up with a number of great communities in the area and coordinated several tours for me. All I had to do was tour, choose and apply. There were no surprises and response time was fantastic.
Should I move again, I would definitely use this service. This has been one of the easiest apartment hunts in recent years and I only wish I had known about them earlier
