This review is for two different closings...one eleven years ago and one two months ago. We are repeat customers. Eleven years ago, we were very happy with Linda Craft. We sold our townhouse when the real estate market crashed and literally 7 townhomes on our street were up for sale, but not selling. Linda helped us set ours apart and got it sold within a month. That was awesome! Our second experience was during this insane market this year. We used them to both sell our old house and buy our new home. We had mishaps with both. My agent is Tony Fink, he was my daughters agent when she bought her first house.
We decided to move to The Raleigh area this year and met with Tony upon arrival.
He was very proactive getting to know us and finding properties that fit our wants and needs.
We found our dream home on our first tour day with Tony.
He has been right on top of every detail along with proactive advise as our new home is being built. Since we are still living in CA he has stepped in for us on inspections and provided us with live face time tour of the progress of the house.

I looked at their Google reviews before choosing to use Linda Craft & Team Realtors and the reviews do NOT lie! Tony Fink was my realtor and was the BEST! We were first time home buyers, so the entire process was scary at first. Tony definitely took time to show us the ropes and we learned a lot while also purchasing our first home.
