I truly loved my experience with xochi! My family and were denied from a house because of a past eviction and I was searching and searching until someone led me to 361 apartment locators which is completely free!
Xochi called me back within an hour saying she had found us something and we just received word yesterday that we got accepted to the apartments we applied to! I’m truly grateful for her! She found us a beautiful place to call home

I moved to Corpus Christi from San Antonio, Texas in a short notice. I had NO STRESS moving, Xochitl asked me questions that I wouldn't have even thought of. She stuck to my income limit and found me the perfect apartment in a great location! If it wasnt for her I would have struck out on so many great deals! Once we were moved in she made sure we were comfortable with our apartment. You could tell that us feeling at home was her number one priority..I RECOMMEND!

I’m usually hesitant of using locators but I decided to go ahead and go for it since I needed an apartment as soon as possible that would also accept my dog. I was given Xochitl’s contact info when one apartment couldn’t meet my needs and within a few minutes she reached out to me (literally all it took for me to walk to and turn on my car!) She asked me some questions on what I was looking for and immediately had an apartment for me to look at that met my needs and within a few hours I toured, filled out the application, and was approved! Went to them looking to help my brother find an apartment it was the best experience I have ever had! I literally felt like I pressed the easy button. We called one day and the next day we applied and the day after that we were approved for the apartment. Xochitl Mendoza was THE BEST! She met me at a last minute request and gave accurate information on the locations and apartments. After the walk thru she gave me a list of things needed and checked in every day until we got the great news! Would definitely recommend her! Thank you all so much!!!

This was one of the greatest experiences I've had dealing with people. I called their office in the morning because I was having difficulty getting approved for an apartment. I got lucky, I got Xochitl
Mendoza. She was awesome. She was tenaciously searching all morning for me a place to live. By noon, she had found a place that was willing to work with my situation. She asked me to meet her at the apartment that very afternoon. I am thrilled I got the apartment. I highly recommend Ms Mendoza as well as 361 Apartment Locators.
