In the rare and unfortunate instance that your garment is lost or damaged by EL Jamper Dry Cleaners Pick-up & Delivery Services or a third party, we will issue you a refund or credit for the value of that garment, as specified in the National Fair Claims Guide from the International Fabricare Institute ("IFI").This guide takes into account the average life of the garment, depreciation for the age of the item, and the current replacement cost.

After getting tired of the many overpriced and just okay service dry cleaners all over Kendall; I am happy to have found El Jamper. $1.59 business shirts!! A dry cleaner near me search found them and saw a few positive reviews. I dropped off 21 biz shirts, 2 linen shirts, two sport jackets, one pair of pants and two jeans hemmed ($10 each) on a Thursday and was texted by Carmen for pickup on Tuesday. Spent $82. They did a great job! Next time I will use their free pick up and delivery service. Pleasure to recommend.

Saw the van around town and decided to give them a call. Prices are about the same as my local dry cleaners and I got free pick up and delivery. Charlie (the owner) came by and gave me a nice laundry bag for my next service and knocked $10 off my first order. Service like this is almost lost here in Miami. It's nice to know that there are still some people who take pride in what they do and really take care of their customers.
I will definitely be using these guys for my dry cleaning from now on.
