The online Baby & Me yoga classes have been a welcome bit of warm and community during these crazy times. Colette (the owner) leads classes through a combination of gentle postpartum yoga for the moms, songs to share with your littles, and baby activities to help with their development. It's also a nice and safe way to connect with other new moms during the pandemic.

I LOVED these classes with my first born, when we could go in person. And they have been a saving grace and a bit of self-care with my second born, in this modified online format.

A positive nurturing environment
This group of women that teach the yoga classes are awesome. I lucked out in finding my prenatal yoga home on the first visit. They are supportive, encouraging and full of information and inspiration. I'm so grateful for the time I've spent here and the love and insight I've received. I'll continue with other classes after my new edition arrives 😊.

First time mom. My son is almost a year old now. I’ve been going to mom & baby yoga, baby gym, and taken the baby massage class. Colette and Jessica couldn’t be sweeter. I’ve loved every yoga session and baby gym and look forward to prenatal yoga if I’m ever lucky enough for another baby.

I loved my Wednesday prenatal yoga classes! My only regret is that I didn't start them sooner. The class helped me relax and focus on baby (a tricky task at home with a wild toddler.) I used many of the poses and stretches during labor and am so grateful. I can't wait to bring my toddler and newborn son to the kid and family classes in the future.

I attended prenatal yoga throughout my pregnancy and loved it. I would come to class having sore back or soreness in my ribs and they would always start class asking everyone what they needed. I would leave feeling so much better! They are a really supportive group of teachers who care about mothers. I will definitely come back in my next pregnancy!

I attended prenatal yoga classes at Seattle Holistic Center throughout my pregnancy. I always left class feeling better- more relaxed, mindful & comfortable. Without a doubt, these yoga classes helped me with my delivery and postpartum recovery. I am looking forward to attending mom & baby yoga.

I had my baby end of January and after a few months cooped up in the house I wanted to find a place I could bring myself and the baby to have some fun! Seattle Holistic Center offers baby gym and mom & baby Yoga! I first attended baby yoga and my baby was not about that nameste.. he squirmed and complained the whole time and just wanted to be nursed. I decided that wasn't for us so I signed us up for some baby gym classes instead. He LOVED it! All the songs and rolling around on the mats and doing tummy time while staring at other babies kept him captivated and interested. Every time after

The prenatal and couples birthing classes helped me have the strong, positive birth I wanted. Also loved the mama baby yoga and baby massage classes. Wish I still lived in the area, but always recommend to my friends ❤️

This is the best thing I did for my pregnancy. Collette has a wise calm way of leading the class and I always left feeling serene. Thank you. I cannot wait to introduce my kids to yoga at this place. It is yoga for the mind and the body which you don't get often.

Looked all over town for a prenatal yoga class and after reading the reviews decided to try out the classes here. Have been taking the prenatal yoga classes here since the second trimester and they are the best. Gentle stretching and focus that really help me focus and relax. Great for any point in pregnancy. Love that they also offer Labor Workshops, Baby Massage and Baby and Me yoga for after labor. It's has a great community feel and the teachers are super knowledgeable about prenatal bodies.  Always leave feeling better than I came in.

My husband and I attended the Labor Workshop and I did a couple of prenatal yoga classes here. It was such a wonderful place to feel normal and at peace about the whole pregnancy and giving birth process...as a first-time mom in school full-time, this meant a lot! We were able to practice and integrate exercises we learned into my labor, and we both walked away from the classes feeling very empowered. Now that my baby has arrived, I plan on attending some of their mom-and-baby yoga classes and infant massage classes too!

I'm not sure what I would have done without this place. Going through a transition such as pregnancy is tough, and I found this place had a great blend of community and individual yoga practice. I definitely used the yoga throughout pregnancy and had reduced discomforts because of it. Also, the yoga helped me throughout my labor. I gave birth at home and labor lasted 40 hours (20 hours of active labor with a long transition). The yoga helped me move and relax deeply through the contractions. My birth team was very surprised I didn't give up and go to the hospital for an epidural. I credit

I've attended several mom and baby yoga classes, baby gym classes, Saturday morning yoga classes, baby sing-a-long classes, and some Mother's tea discussions and have enjoyed them all! The teachers are clearly passionate about teaching and addressing specific concerns students would like to work on. Mom and baby yoga is fabulous! Teacher Collette has such a wonderful presence and the babies respond so positively to her (so do the mamas! )! It's a great class to actually get some yoga in with baby. I love this studio. Students are greeted warmly with smiles and by name and supported

I feel incredibly grateful to have found this beautiful space! I joined Baby Sing-Along today with my twin daughters-- what a joyous celebration! Everyone at the studio was so welcoming and friendly, and we had a fantastic time signing and dancing with the other babies and their guardians. Parking was easy, classes are very reasonably priced, and Colette is a warm and very caring guide. I can't wait to attend more classes in the future!

I LOVE this community and yoga center. I regularly attended their popular Saturday morning prenatal yoga class and enjoyed being around the other pregnant mamas. I learned a lot that helped me during pregnancy and labor. Then, after my son was born, I returned for Colette's ever popular Tuesday morning Mom and Baby yoga. It was there that I started to see the once-pregnant moms, meet their babies and reconnect as friends. They offer so many wonderful classes pre and post pregnancy that it is a thriving, wonderfully supportive community. Another favorite is Baby Sing Along and I hear
