I was one of the first tenants in my building when it was built and I have no concerns at all. Pricier rent than some places but I think it’s worth it. I have no concerns with my neighbors at all, easily the best neighbors I’ve ever had in any complex. I really feel like they try to group families and younger professionals in the same buildings, which I love. But it also has its younger crowd here too. Only “issue” that I’ve had is that there’s a huge historic house that’s a wedding Venue next door and they have had a lot of weekend weddings this spring and summer, which could be

Being a realtor in this crazy market, I had the pleasure of taking out of town clients to Crescent at Ebenezer to find housing while we search for their new home. 8 months here now. This Community is really nice and the location is primo! I’ve been very lucky to have great neighbors around me. I mind my own and enjoy the quiet nights especially after moving from downtown at Marble Alley. For the price and what you get in this current market. It’s hard to beat. Glad the construction is almost over near the entrance. Has to be tough managing a community that is under construction but they bulldozed it (no pun intended). Food/shopping out front is gonna be a very nice perk when it’s all finished.

We love living at Crescent Ebenezer! It is such a beautiful property and we have such great neighbors! Kristine and the rest of management have been so helpful since we first decided to move here. We love the amenities including the dog park and the dog wash room. The property is also close to restaurants and shopping. Definitely recommend this place to anyone.

I moved in to Crescent Ebenezer after a major safety concern at another Knoxville apartment complex. The management team at CE was so helpful during my very short-notice move and got me into a new unit in under a week! The management team takes wonderful care of the apartment complex, community, and amenities. This is the best bang-for-your-buck luxury apartment in Knoxville.

We moved to Crescent from another complex. We are so happy here. The other complex was extremely noisy between floors and walls. That is not the case at Crescent. Everything is extremely quiet. We worked with Kayla and she was amazing. She made us feel so welcome. The apartments are beautiful as well. We even have our daughter living in one of the apartments here we like it so much. It is very convenient to shopping and eateries. This is definitely a place we love to call home!!!

I moved here after selling my home of 27 years. To say this property is stunning is an understatement! Amenities are great, grounds are kept clean & there is even a dog wash room! We moved from Florida to Tennessee about a month ago. We were nervous about picking a place we could not view first and all the things that could go wrong. Every staff member we spoke to through out our application process was so genuinely nice and helpful. I dealt mostly with Tiffany and she was polite, professional and responsive. She made sure we had everything we needed for our big move. The apartment was even nicer than we expected, the amenities are a great. There's been no issues with neighbors everyone is quiet friendly and respectful. I would go as far as to say this was the best move

Having come from out of state, most of our transactions were handled through emails and phone conversations. I can honestly say that no matter the many, or the crazy, Kayla and all those in the front were always accommodating and pleasant. They were always going above and beyond in their offerings to help us.
