I normally don’t post reviews but I have to give credit where it’s due. Honestly I want to thank Golden Wok. It is always my go to restaurant. They always have the quickest service and the food is always tasty and filling. With a busy job in healthcare, my day usually starts early and some days I don’t always have the time to bring my lunch from home. Golden wok has been there to save my day and deliver great food quick to me on several occasions. They always give you the best portions, and they have wonderful service. Very hard working and friendly! It upsets me to see even 1 negative review

I’ve only been here three times and every time I’ve said I would never come back. The previous times were for big to go orders and they were terrible. I thought I would give them a second chance and see if they could at least do eggrolls right. I mean maybe I caught him in a bad time the previous times. This time is absolutely the last time! If you can’t even do eggrolls right you should not be in this business. Worst eggroll I ever ate in my life! I threw the second one away! Nasty… The flavor was terrible… It clearly was not made from scratch… Still had to wait five minutes… It

The food was some of the worse Chinese food we ever ate. There was no flavor. We ordered 2 spicy items they had no flavor let alone spice. The pork egg rolls we bought we tiny and no different in flavor or size then the free ones we got as part of the special. Was looking forward to Chinese food but got flavorles containers of garbage

Have been going there since they opened. But on last few visits, I have noticed the servings were getting a lot more rice, than entree. But today we ordered Beef Broccoli, sweet and Sour Chicken, Shrimp Lobster sauce. I was amazed how small the entrees were, 90 percent rice. Have always had at least 4 pieces of shrimp in entree. Today only 2. The beef had only 2 smaller pieces in it. Chicken had 8 smaller pieces in it. WILL NOT GO BACK AGAIN. RIPPED OFF. The people who answer the phone has always been unpleasant to speak with. I have always over looked that. I do not want to call and complain,

Worst Chinese food I've ever had. I got take out last night cause they were the only one still open that was close to me. I get what I always get the generals Tso with chicken fried rice with 2 pork egg rolls. I took 1 bite of everything and threw it away. The chicken tasted nothing like any general tsos I've ever had, the egg rolls had a very bad pungent taste to them I can't even describe it and the rice was super bland, the chicken in it was undercooked as well. The food is a pretty much your standard Chinese takeout fare, and they do a good job with it. But what pushes this place over the top are their egg rolls. I don’t know what these folks do differently, but the pork and veggie egg rolls here are absolutely the best I’ve had in Lexington. Absolutely delicious. Prices are also super reasonable here too. A great dinner for two for just over $20 or so.
