Really bad picture, but it was the only one I took because I quickly devoured my food. This sushi roll was perfectly filling and the crab rangoon (a personal fav of mine) was very good too. I got the food to-go so I bet it would be even better dine in. My friend was wary based on how cheap the food was, but ended up loving her food too! P.S. ignore the champagne- I was celebrating haha.

After COVID this establishment changed the way they do business, so no longer have all you can eat but offers 40% off. Price is reasonable* portion adequately base on price* service staff very attentive to customers need* food offers varieties and tastey* but over the top or wow factor were not present; thusly, no 5th * stars, however, they do have great room for improvement.

Food quality is a 3; service is a 4. 40% off all sushi makes this place a cheaper option for sushi cravings (there are SO MANY ROLLS), but there are better quality options elsewhere in Lex. The service does a lot to make the experience. We were gifted two appetizers (crab rangoon and egg rolls) and ice cream (I know)!! We ordered pineapple sake (which was a bit light on the sake) and two rolls each. I also ordered seaweed salad and miso soup. Flavors of everything was pretty standard; nothing spectacular.

Absolutely love the sushi and the different selections. this place is my go to for sushi and i always end up ordering a lot. service is great and food is done very fast! the takeout has a great system, they put everything into quality containers especially the soup, doesnt leak at all. the sushi is high quality and they listen to grubhub instructions well- always add everything i ask for. very happy to eat here as much as i do!

We almost didn’t stop here because we were looking for a Japanese restaurant that USED to be in this strip mall! Wow, I’m glad we did - in addition to the 40% discount, the place is clean, attractive, and the staff is attentive. We ordered miso soup, which came loaded with tofu and seaweed, dumpling soup loaded with dumplings, green tea, and 3 sushi rolls. The sushi came on fun platters adorned with flowers and LED lights:). The menu is extensive, though the selection of actual raw sushi was a little limited. We enjoyed everything and will definitely return!

My wife and I have ordered from Happy Sushi a couple of times, and I always get the Sushi Pizza. It is a deep-fried tortilla with spicy tuna, spicy crab, masago, crunchy Jalapeno on top, w. eel sauce, and sweet chili sauce. It is a really delicious appetizer. We always get about 2 sushi rolls each and are always full afterward. The sushi is always delicious.
If you are going to order online, I suggest going to their website as our order was almost 20 dollars more when orders from Doordash pickup.

This is the best sushi place in Lexington. My girls always want to go here on their birthdays every year and of course we go in between as well. The quality of the sushi is outstanding and is made to order each time throughout your meal. The staff is attentive and make sure that when you need a drink or are ready for another round of sushi that they are available and promptly get you taken care of.

Happy Sushi is my go to sushi spot in Lexington. They do half off to go orders, so I frequently order to pick up and take home on my way home from work or from running errands. Of course I usually get it to go to take advantage of this deal, but all of my eat in experiences have been good, too.
The crab rangoon roll & lady's favorite roll are probably my favorites, with the Texas roll closely behind.
They have all you can eat options, but I have not taken advantage of that personally.

I've never eaten so much sushi in my life. Any other place and I would have paid over $40. I put the hurt on them. Nice atmosphere. Not sure what time they close but I was the only one in there at 9:00. They shut off the music, and gave me my bill. I didn't even say I was finished. I must have hit the limit.

One of the best places to have sushi in Lexington. They have unlimited sushi which is an amazing deal. I have never found a place in Lexington which offers unlimited Sushi.
The lunch deals are pretty frugal and money saving. You can get lunch specials for $15 and dinner specials for around $22. The lunch specials won't have the entire menu but it is a very good deal for $15.
Make sure to eat the entire items that you are getting because you need to pay for the items that are not eaten. It makes sense because they don't want you to order too much and waste food.

So...I wouldn't call myself a sushi expert however I have had my share :) and this is by far is in the TOP 3!! I've had sushi in several states...and Happy Sushi can def hold their own. My baby girl got the shrimp fried rice...so tasty (and I normally don't like the shrimp fried rice)!!! And the all you can eat price is such a great value! My girls and I will most def be regulars here

We had been wanting to try Happy Sushi for a few weeks. It was just about what we expected. Food was good, and there is awesome variety. I feel like we tried half the menu today.
Service was a little slow, and the waiters twice brought us other people's food. But they were quick to correct the mistakes. It would have been better to order a lot of food at once as it took a while for food to come out, but everything was made to order which I do appreciate.

Love this place! All you can eat sushi. Everything is made to order. Just select which dishes you would like on a paper menu, give the menu to the wait staff and they will bring your items out as they are done. This is Japanese style so do not be offended if you do not get your items at the same time as your dining partner. Their food is great quality for the area and worth the price.

This is the only all you can east sushi restaurant in lexington that is not a buffet. The menu isn't super clear about how this works but you get a menu that you can put check marks next to any items you are interested in eating.
Now, you can check whatever you want and eat as many different dishes as you want with a caveat...If you order it and don't eat it, you will be charged for it. They don't want you to waste food.
As for the food, nothing really sticks out as being super or something you will just crave. The sushi is decent. if you are one that likes to eat large quantities

Finally oh finally a decent AYCE sushi joint in town! Lunch on weekdays costs $13.99 and dinner costs $21.99 per adult. I believe that the lunch and dinner menus are the same, so you get more bang for your buck for the lunch buffet.
I would recommend coming with a few friends so you can do family style and get a taste of everything. I was in a group of 4 and we were able to try at least half of the items on the menu.
