This weekend, this caterer decided to leave an entire wedding high and dry and not show up. They told the wedding they would be there at 4:45. After 6pm, they said they were 5 minutes away. After that, they stopped responding to calls, and did not show up. Rather than doing the right thing, and letting the wedding they would not be showing up so they could make other arrangements, they just did not show up. The level of unprofessionalism is staggering. It was my first time in there and I had the worst experience! I am so mad and frustrated. Long story short, DONOT GO THERE!! I ordered the burger of the week, and asked for a ranch; I waited so long on the ranch! They served all tables around me but mine!! So, I had to remind another server that I am waiting on the ranch. The ranch never came!!! The food became cold and dull. So, I had to go inside and tell a girl was standing there that I was waiting too long for a small packet of ranch; her reaction was very cold and said " Sorry!". It would have been a better experience if;
I did not have to request my salad ahead of my meal. My meal arrived 5 minutes after my salad was brought to me. My server brought me my salad unfortunately my fork was taken with my appetizer. He left so quickly I got up to get a fork from the hostess. My meal was brought to me and unfortunately my server took off again. I need salt and my garlic smashed potatoes was cool. I ran out of something to drink. My server did not come around to see if I needed anything else. So I raised my hand and got the attention of the bartender. I asked her for a drink

Ranadas is amazing! The shrimp and grits appetizer could very well be a dinner go to. We also ordered the bourbon trail chicken which was sweet crispy served with garlic mash which was stellar a smear of mustard and haricots vert which was sweet and had the perfect texture. My partner for the bourbon bacon jam burger and substitute cheddar for the ghost pepper cheese he said it must've had both because it was super spicy. We also ordered the dessert board the mini cannoli are fabulous as was the cheese cake a pie with berries. I will definitely be back especially for that shrimp and creamy grits

We had the pleasure of trying this newly opened spot while passing through Lexington on our way home to Chattanooga. The staff were so welcoming and the food was amazing. They just transitioned from private parties, so if you go, be patient, smile, and just enjoy being in a great atmosphere of people who are working hard to give you a great brunch experience. Quarter pound local Kentucky Darling Farms beef topped with ginger beer bacon jam, smoked blackberry agave bbq, aged white cheddar, coffeehouse dusted fried onions, served on a toasted brioche bun.
I must say, it had a lot of flavor and was super messy but a great burger can be messy. The only reason I did not give this burger a 5 star is the bun was bigger than the burger. IMO you should never have to take a bite of a burger only to bite into bread. The blackberries and the ginger beer bacon jam was a game changer for sure.
