When you're issued a traffic ticket, the stakes are high-higher than you may realize. Many tickets in New York carry points on your license. In New York City, you cannot "plea bargain." If you are given a five-point cell phone ticket, you will get five points on your license-unless you win at trial.

Wow, Mr. Stites is the best in the business!!!!!! I had a ticket in Staten Island for doing 73 in a 50! The Staten Island Court is very tough to win, if not impossible!!!! Today was my hearing and case dismissed with no fine and points!!!!! I highly recommend Mr. Stites!!!!!

I received a few moving violations in less than 18 months which caused great concern given I drive everywhere I go. I plead not guilty hoping to give myself the opportunity to present my case. I received a speeding ticket in April of 2020. I later found out that it was a Manhattan speed trap and the officer who gave me the speeding ticket holds the record for giving the most speeding tickets in NYC. As soon as I got home, I contacted Stites Legal and Steven Stites got in touch with me. I had a perfectly clean driving record and this ticket was going to be for 8 points! Steven was able to work his magic and he had the ticket thrown out, and I didn't receive the 8 points on my driving record or have to pay the fine!

Very responsive, straight forward and realistic. Reasonably priced and best of all my ticket was Dismissed! Which resulted in my keeping my license rather than accept a penalty for "improper turning" when I was turning improperly due to a parked car in the turning lane. I've used other attorneys in the past I won't anymore I've found my go to ticket attorney. Try for yourself, you'll be glad you did.

I would highly recommend using this law firm to fight your traffic tickets. I was issued 2 tickets one of which was a 6 point speeding ticket. I thought for sure I would have to pay and see my insurance premiums go up. But Stites Law handled my case, fought the tickets and got them both dismissed. No fines, no points, case dismissed. Do yourself a favor and use Steve to fight your tickets.

Love having Steve fight my tickets for me every time I text him he responds so quickly and in person he has such a positive humble personality that makes you feel comfortable and optimistic about your chances
He has already fought 3 tickets for me 1 was for not yielding to a pedestrian the others were for in proper turns, all three he WON! & Mind you I have 5 points already on my license as well so it's harder winning a case for someone without a clean driving record
His prices are very reasonable ranging from $150-$250 depending on the violation. Would definitely

I have to thank Stites law for helping multiple family members with some sticky traffic situations. Both my father and sister got speeding tickets. I was skeptical about using a traffic attorney for a citation. But I knew Steven Stite's reputation for resolving citations. I have a clean driving record and wanted to keep it that way. If this attorney conducts himself in traffic court the way he conducts himself on the phone, I think his clients are in trouble. I asked a simple question "is there a good chance my license will be reinstated" he responded in aggressively and angrily like I was interrogating him. I said I just wanted to know whether this is something that you've come across or handled before. I've never hired a traffic lawyer before " he started huffing and puffing and then said:" you know what why don't you find another lawyer" Plenty of traffic lawyers out there no need
