Stayed at Highbrook from 2020 - 2021. Overall was a great experience. The only reason why we left is that we purchased a house.
Pros:
1. Neighborhood
a) Community is very quiet. Loud vehicles passing by/neighbor noises are fairly rare.
b) Lots of conveniences near by (many restaurants/shops are in walking distance).
b) Safe. Used to jog around at 8-9PM.
2. Units are maintained cleanly. It seems like carpet was replaced right before we moved in.
3. Garage/car wash available if you're into it
Cons:
1. Gym/pool could not be always available, but most likely due to COVID-19.
2. I could use

From the moment I stepped foot into the administrative offices of Highbrook, I could tell that the help I was getting was backed by experience and that I mattered as a tenant. I was assisted each step of the way in transitioning from my former apartment with care to each detail in the process. They could not have been more helpful. My fiancé and I are excited to call Highbrook our first home together.

My wife and I have lived here for 3 years. Each year we sign a new lease, however the rent has increased at each renewal. We are on a fixed income (retired) and our income does not increase. Why the increase each year. No additional ammeneties?
With that being said, it's time for us to Fly. Besides our upstair neighbors are horrible. We've had a meeting with Kristie, and here reasoning was unbelievable. She said that it wasn't the church mice above us, but the neighbors across the breezeway. Amazing how the sound would travel across the breezeway then slam down into our unit. UNBELIEVABLE.

If you are looking for a nice cozy apartment in a great area with beautiful landscaping then Highbrook is the place to be. Highbrook apartments sits in the middle of grocery stores, restaurants and so much more. The staff is amazing they made my move in process smooth as silk the management really care about the residents and treat you like family. My move in date was scheduled for August 29th but due to inclement weather in the forecast they offered me the opportunity to move in a day early and even asked if I had help to move in. I am so glad I chose Highbrook the prices are unbeatable for the

Just left the rental office. Their leasing agent was most unfriendly. She didn’t introduce herself; she didn’t ask me for my name. I had to initiate. She looked pretty snuggly at me. Hell I’m gonna be 73 years old and she think I was gonna look like a princess! I was relieved to learn they had carpeting everywhere so it’s not something I would rent.

We resigned our lease twice, and have had no problems. I’m not sure why people commented on here about unfriendly staff, because they are awesome. They know us by name and always ask how we are doing. The maintenance guys are always very fast to address any problem (normal wear and tear) and are friendly too.

We have lived here for a year and are getting ready to renew our lease. This is a great place to live! The community is clean, the maintenance people and office staff are always super friendly. Whenever we have a maintenance issue, they are right in and take care of it immediately. It is very pet friendly and we have never had any problems with our neighbors. I would recommend this complex for sure!!

We renewed our lease and so we've been here over a year now, I'd say I could give a well-rounded review at this point. I will say right off the bat that we got a perfect location for this apartment. It faces the pond and doesn't back up to a street or parking lot, so I think we did luck out there. There seems to be one, if not two, people that just love negative attention and will rev their vehicles/motorcycles in the lot, so I'm glad I'm not over there. Other than that we've been incredibly happy with maintenance. They are quick to respond and the fixes are good. Our AC went out last summer and

I am a retired New York City police officer I love it here and the entire staff are fantastic , this is one of the main reasons why I moved to this apartment complex ! Location location staff . They treat me like family I'm in love with the ladies in the office and the maintenance guys fantastic job keep up the good work ! Whatever you guys are getting paid you all is there a big raise !! I absolutely love this apartment complex. The leasing consultants and manager are always friendly, they speak to you when you arrive and when you leave. One day maintenance had to enter my apartment unexpectedly and the manager called to inform me that this was happening and said that someone would be with him while inside. Maintenance is quick and efficient. I forgot about a package that was delivered to me and one of the ladies in the office called to remind me that it was there. She didn't have to do that but she did. I could go on and on about all the wonderful and positive experiences I have

My Wife and I lived at Highbrook when we first got married. We had seen numerous apartment communities, and Highbrook was home from the first moment we stepped onto the property. The staff was fantastic, the apartment was perfect for what we needed. The location was very conveniently located to almost anything you would need within walking… distance or a very short car ride. We ultimately left only when it was time to buy a home of our own, but even leaving was a tough choice. I would recommend this community to anyone looking for a friendly place to live.
