Ive been living here since 2016. For Roseville, the price is pretty fair. The neighbors are really friendly and kind and Marlene the manager is very sweet, inviting and professional. The landscaping is always up to part and Ill be sad when I move away from this place. Ive never once got my packages stolen which is common for an area like this i would assume, and ive lost my ID on the ground here and a friendly neighbor returned it to my door which was so nice. My only complaint is the lay out of the apartments could have been so much better as my bathroom is very, very tiny, and theres no balconies

I have been living in my apartment home at Park Place for almost 7 years. Marlene manages the property with professionalism and warmth. I needed new appliances and Marlene acted swiftly and even rolled up her sleeves to help. The sense of community and peace and the premium placed on my needs are why I continue to call Park Place Apartments home.

I have read the reviews on this complex. I needed an affordable place to live. I walked Park Place several times, day and night before I decided to move in. The feedback from the residents who talked to me was very positive. I have been been here for two months and I love it. The staff is very attentive, even to the smallest of my needs. I have no pest control issues. What I do have is an affordale 40 year old apartment that rivals the newest ones on the market. As for "Lucy diamonds" review, She has been her for 3 years, and continues to live here?? Sounds like she had an issue with management
