Better World is an amazing property management company! As a Property Owner, I reached out to Terri and her VERY talented team to help with the initial assessment, pro forma / underwrite, due diligence and takeover planning. Their inputs on income, expenses and CAPEX planning is invaluable in helping me build a sound investment strategy yet give it the flexibility to adapt to situations as needed.

Update to story below...
I received a phone call from the the manager of the apartment complex and she was very nice and apologetic. She explain that the person I had an issue with was not the assistant manager and that she was no longer with the company. She ensured me that we the tenants were a high priority and she was very sorry that I was not treated with respect. They have just taken over the complex and are working very hard to create a happy community.

I have just recently had the opportunity to work with Better World and their clients. Being on the vendors side you can see all different aspects of property management. In the most recent event I had the opportunity to speak to ownership and they could not have had more confidence in me and my company's service but as well as Better World.
