Stratford At Southern Towers

I have been living here since October and if I could break my lease without any consequences, I would! The washing machines down the hall are always leaking and there is a massive roach problem in the building. As I type this, I just saw a baby RAT run across my floor. It just ran back under the A/C Heat furnace. I DO NOT recommend this building! The roach problem has calm down but I still have to kill them at least 4 times out of the week. If they offered to let me leave out of my lease right now, I would do it without any hesitation! I moved from Atlanta to here and I wish I would’ve stayed

Frehiwot Tamiru is an amazing Woman, l moved in on 6/26/21, with the moving men furniture guys all outside ready to bring the furniture in that my apartment wasn’t ready but l had to take it because l had moved from my apartment moving men outside, the Woman who got me the apartment lied to me, l was so angry that’s when Frehiwot stepped in and for some reason l knew things would get better and it has, she genuinely cares about people. Thank you Frehiwot 🙏😘

I've had a good experience here at the Stratford at Southern Towers. The team here at Stratford has been helpful and kind all the way from the time I was viewing an apartment. I've lived here for a little less than a year. Mr.David with leasing and Mr.Micky with management were especially helpful. This has been an affordable and easy place to get set up, plus I've always got somewhere to park! The maintenance team here has also been very helpful and understanding! Thanks!

I lived at the Stratford building for a while the person that comes to mind with caring, listing and give you his full attention is the building manager Micky words can’t express how helpful he is. Micky always there with full attention to your need. Through the pandemic and the tough time Micky made me feel like I have nothing to worry about and made fell like I won’t lose my home he helped me with the process of applying with the RRP and made sure that I have I have nothing to worry about he is the right person to contact. He is very a good assets to this company. Micky is the right person

Like so many others I've been impacted by Covid19 and have struggled to pay my rent. I was able to get excellent and detail oriented support from Mr. Mitrovic at the leasing office with applying for rental assistance. He was clear and commutative and most importantly effective in having my application submitted quickly. Thanks to Mr. Mitrovic a huge burden has been lifted from my shoulders!

The leasing officers Masiel and Makena were great and helpful. They made my transition to a new complex much easier and smooth. A great customer service as well as excellent professionalism!
They worked with me on my budget and offered me all the a available promotion, will recommend to friends...

Terrible Management, we just moved in and after spending only one night we notice that too much traffic coming out from the highway You can not have a good sleep at all if you are sensitive to traffic noise. when the issue has been addresses and were looking to solving it they stated that we Have to pay 4 months to break the lease. I got caught in a situation where I lost my job because of this COVID-19. In the midst of looking for more work,the rent was still having to be paid,of course. I have a problem asking anyone for help,and it had come to a point where I had to do something. I received a notice from Mr. Micky about my rent situation,and after our conversation,he said that he could help me in navigating my situation regarding my rent by forwarding my claim in for rental assistance. I filled out the paperwork,but was in aw,because I wasn’t sure if that was even within the parameters of his job description,and I didn’t

First of all I would Love to thank David Morrel. In this pandemic condition or it’s really hard to assist customer. Regardless what matters is to engagement with client means is a big deal. How ever I really appreciate David’s outstanding help among with his smile. I hope the staff or the Management should recognize his tremendous work.

My roommate and I are transferring to a new apartment at the end of our lease and David in the leasing firm office has been so helpful with the process.
