Living at Hamline Terrace Apartments for 1 year and half was great experience. The staff were professional, supportive and friendly any maintenance issues were taken care off so quickly. The apartment is clean and the parking lot is also regularly cleaned

Living at Hamline Terrace was a great experience. The staff were very responsive to any issues that came up during our living there. The facility was regularly cleaned and maintained to the best of the staff's ability. I was able to comfortably make this place home for a few years and my wife and I definitely appreciated our time here. We would recommend to others!

If life wasn't so fluid, I would have renewed my lease. It's so hard to find an apartment in the Twin Cities that is affordable, AND not run like a slum. Management here knows what they're doing. They are firm administratively, and they are lax residentially. It's perfect. Anna the boss lady is great, and the maintenance guy really cares about what he's doing.
My unit had a box elder infestation on the exterior during Sept/Oct. But I sprayed my patio glass down with a homeguard spray and they all kept dying off daily, just had to sweep them off my patio. So it is very manageable. And the rest

I have lived at Hamline Terrace for over five years. Our building is cleaned weekly, and the management's responses to repairs and other needs are extremely prompt. The grounds are kept beautifully, and I enjoy the spacious lawn and huge trees. I feel safe here, in my sunny apartment. The pool is always immaculate. (The recent upgrades to the halls are beautiful.) I recommend Hamline Terrace. Everything one needs is in Roseville.

I have lived here for 2 years, and I have absolutely loved it ! Its very clean and the complex that I live in has giving me no issues with noise.Office management are on top of they're stuff, very easy to communicate with them about any problems you have! And Maintenance has always fixed things within the same day! Everyone is very friendly and welcoming! I'm going to miss living hereðŸ˜

The management and maintenance team at Hamline Terrace is some of the best I have encountered in my years of renting. The management, Anna and Liz, are always a joy to see! They care for their tenants, are super responsive, and always happy to address your concerns. My husband and I have been very happy living at Hamline Terrace!
