These are great apartments man. For being in this expensive freakin place these are super nice for the price they ask for. Plus the management and maintenance are spectacular, you have any issues and they get back to you so fast. It’s not even worth listing the cons cause they’re so minuscule and nowhere near the the upsides of living here. Definitely worth it

They claim to continue to raise rent to "remain competitive" with the committee. However, their pool never opened, the clubhouse is the leasing office that's never opened, we have key fabs for secured entry. However, the doors have been broken for the last year allowing people to sleep under the stairs. There is less than two functional washers per building, there has been blood in my hallway for the last two weeks that has never been cleaned. There is a reason that in the past year when I've lived there they have been through multiple managers and management companies. This place appears great

I visited the property yesterday and was very impressed with the assistance and customer service I received from Nick. He was extremely professional and very helpful in answering all of my questions. Additionally, he gave an excellent tour of the apartment model. This property is currently under construction, but is definitely on the rise to being a great place to live. It is clear that the prior complaints and negative reviews are being addressed by the management which only solidified my positive impression of the property. I definitely recommend visiting and meeting with Nick to secure a unit

This place is great! We moved here from Utah, and even though we had to do most of the paperwork over the phone and online, Nick was very patient with us and was able to get us into our beautiful apartment with no problem at all!
The apartments are fully renovated and the place looks and feels brand new! This place I'd definitely worth it!
