I lived here twice and absolutely loved it, the apartments and layouts are beautiful, but my advice to you is whenever you decide to move out make sure you take pictures or at least do a video of your apartment after you move to make sure there’s no damage at the slightest, both of the apartment units that I lived in of my final moving day and then 60 days later you get a bill for damages that weren’t even visible or present… make sure you take pictures, but videos are Best . And keep the video in your phone for at least 60 days… my apartment units never had any damage because I’m never

Best apartment complex I've lived in ever. I've bee here for the past 2 years. I'm leaving soon because we purchased a home, otherwise I'd stay here. Mature trees, LARGE walk-in closets, wood-burning fire places, a nice sunroom (in certain units), indoor pool (as long as COVID-19 isn't around), an outdoor pool, a racket ball court, a stellar office staff, and an always-on-top-of-things maintenance crew.
The first day I came here, I just happened to be driving around. I wasn't even actively looking for an apartment, but I had my sons with me and thought I'd stop in so they could check them out

We were sad to leave Quincy Ridge when we decided to move back to NC--the staff here are AMAZING and really make the whole experience worthwhile. Everyone is very responsive, helpful, and available. The location is awesome, the units are spacious and unique, and the amenities are quaint and enjoyable. The price is competitive for the area in that is affordable and the units are actually nice! We definitely felt that for the price we couldn't have asked for more. Our 1 bedroom was well kept and roomy and we always felt safe and confident that we could rely on the leasing office and maintenance staff

We have been living here for almost 8 months. The layout and apartments themselves are really nice. We are fortunate enough to have some great neighbors but I will say to keep in mind on which apartment you get as far as top or bottom floor. We chose a top floor unit and the day we moved in the neighbor below us complained about us making to much noise. Next day my kids were playing (on the floor with cars) and she was back up again complaining about noise. So I'm not sure if these apartments were built to block enough noise from each other. Thankfully she moved and the new neighbors haven't complained

I actually don't know what some tenants are complaining about. I've never had a problem getting things fixed, my neighbors have always been nice and considerate, including the above apartments. I love the fact that we don't have to pay for water and trash, the apartments are big and the staff have always treated me with respect and are very friendly to me. I've been living here for almost 7 years, if I have one complaint it would be access to my mail. According to Federal law, we should have access to our mail at all times. I can understand why there were gates put up to lock out thieves because
