Don't move here. Roches everywhere! TOLD THEM I HAD BED BUGS. THEY DIDN'T CARE. I HAD TO TO TAKE MY SHIRT OFF TO SHOW THEM THE BITES. DON'T MOVE HERE.

We have lived her coming onto a year and everyone has been extremely helpful. Anytime we had a question, needed help, or voiced a concern, it was handled quickly and professionally. Our neighbors are very sweet as well.

Canyons on Colter is an amazing apartment complex for my children and I who had to move into a location at such a short notice with me two high risk childern! Paola in front dest provided excellent customer service in hearing my situation and provided me with a beautiful upstairs apt where I can feel safe at night sleeping with my two kids in a two bedroom split floor plan.. So much storage and I'm loving the two walk in closets!! I'm very pleased with my decision and appreciate the canyons on Colter staff 😊

I am a new tenant here at the Canyons on Colter and so far it’s been going great. Before moving in I had been having such a hard time finding a place for myself and my kids and thankfully I found this place. Paola and all of the ladies up from have been so helpful, they here very welcoming and always kept me up to date on my apartment and when it would be ready. We love it my kids love it and the community it’s very welcoming.

My experience here was great! I haven't had any issues yet. My apartment is great, location is ok and my rent is way affordable. The ladies in front office quickly help with any problems or issues. They are working to making things better. Thank you!
