The Village At Westlake feels like home. The staff and maintenance crew have excellent customer service skills. They ever make me feel like I’m a bother when I call for service. The community makes me feel safe without drama it’s such a great place to live. I’ve referred a couple of people to this community and they love it here also. Great job Westlake!

I’ve lived here for 2 years now and have loved every moment of it. I’ve moved between 3 apartments here because I love it so much. Everyone is so nice, the maintenance people, Caitlyn and Alissa in the leasing office, the pool attendance, all of them. It’s always super clean and picked up, they’re always updating and keeping the flower beds nice and the buildings power washed down. Always doing the air filters and smoke alarm tests. It’s kind of hidden in the back off the road which I like too.

Hi I just want to say this apartment community is so great! The staff are amazing from the girls in the office to the maintenance team everyone is amazing! Malik in specific always takes care of us and makes sure we are good with everything! He knows what he’s doing and I don’t know if I should say this but a lot of females I hear on this property have they eye on this young man LOL! All in all I love this property and will recommend to everyone!!

I’ve lived here for a year and I loved it! The only complaints I have are that the compactors gets extremely packed and that there’s trash lining up but that’s not their fault, there’s not enough visitors parking spaces, and maintenance used to take forever but it has gotten better. I highly recommend living here!

I’ve lived here since 2018 and I still have had no problems! I even went from a 1 bedroom to a 2 bedroom apartment and still love it here! They love pets and especially love when you bring them to visit them in the office! The neighborhood is back off the main road so it’s quiet with not a lot of traffic. You should definitely move here!

I just moved here and I LOVE it! Nice apartments, nice area, and you get so much great quality and quantity for your money! I also want to say that the ladies in the office are super sweet and work with you especially Alyssa!!! When I viewed these apartments earlier this year she said so many great things and when I finally moved in, I saw that she was very accurate with what she said! I dont know about you but I want to know I feel comfortable and safe and happy where I live and my apartment is just that and so far no complaints! Of course in an apartment building you will have some noise but

Where to start? Although I have not moved in yet, the leasing consultant Alyssa made me feel as if I've been living there for years! I'm only 21 and have not had many moving experiences yet, but this has by far been the most pleasant process ever! Alyssa made sure all my questions were answered, even simple ones. Her responses were always lightning fast and she never brought even an ounce of weight on my shoulders! Before I started the paperwork process she would follow up by email even if I didn't respond, making sure I knew she was always there! Some people may find that annoying but somebody

We have lived here for a little over a year. We noticed a new maintenance guy, Malik who started working on our apartment. He is such a great guy - super nice, polite, and greets our cats too. we enjoy seeing the same worker; one who is friendly and cares for the apartment like it was his own! The apartment itself was great. I very rarely heard my neighbors and it was spacious, except for the bedroom, which was pretty tight with a queen-size bed. I often walked my dog late at night and never felt unsafe; though, there were a number of vehicle break-ins during my time here and I felt the criminal activity might escalate over time. I lived near the grilling area and it was a full-on nightmare some nights during the warmer season. People would party well into the night with loudspeakers and sitting out there getting drunk, which is difficult when you get up at 5:30am for work. There was

The apartment layout is nice.

The walls are very thin and you can hear EVERYTHING ( people walking up the steps, slamming doors, neighbors, etc). The people above me partied from Wednesday- Sunday. They do not clean the walkways or the parking lot when it snows. The plumbing is horrible. They also are not willing to work with you if you have a balance when you move out there are no payment plans and they also do not have a grace period for the regular monthly rent, if it’s not paid on the 1st it’s considered late and you will be charged a fee even if you have never been late.
