I lived here for 2 years and I've had nothing short of an awesome experience here! I love the property manager and the maintenance team. Any time I've had an issue Adeline and her team resolved it quickly.
The apartment complex is clean, the clubhouse is beautiful, and I love the food trucks and Wine Down Wednesday's that the apartment manager coordinates for the residents.
I'm very sad that I am moving and I would recommend this complex to anyone who is moving into the area.

During July of 2020, I was offered a job in the Denver/Aurora area which checked all the boxes for my wife and I. Accepted the offer and began searching for apts in the area around my future office (just in case we were moving back to an office work model). High Line Pointe caught my eye from the pictures of the windows and the views. I contacted the property and they were more than happy to do a virtual tour. After looking at a few other places and comparing prices, we chose High Line Pointe due to the competitive pricing and amazing amenities not to mention the open floor plan and brand new appliances

I have been living in here about 8 months and it is good time to write a review to be helpful people who plans to move here. The only thing I like about here floor-plan/unit and the maintenance people. Maintenance people and housekeeping do their job great. The floor plan is great because of the wide windows, big enough walk in closet, upgraded kitchen features, and spacious living and dining areas. HOWEVER, upstairs neighbours let their dog pee on their balcony, it drips onto my balcony. The balcony is not a full covered balcony so if you have harasser, disrespectful neighbor you will be tired

I'll preface by saying I researched almost every single 1BR apartment in my price range in the Denver metro and surrounding areas. As soon as I saw High Line Pointe, I knew it was the one! Move-in could not have been any easier, the management here (shout out to Ryan!) is super responsive and helpful.
The apartment highlights: gorgeous finishes/fixtures, incredible natural light (there's a 15 ft wall of just windows, like c'mon), spacious balcony, mountain views, more space and storage then I will EVER know what to do with, and alllll the amenities.
Not to mention the pool, the 24 hr gym, access

We’ve been living here for nearly two years and have been very happy with the community, leasing, and maintenance staff. We’ve loved living here and enjoy hosting our friends at our apartment. The layout is perfect for our us and the views have everyone taking pictures — even the movers! The leasing office especially has so many cool things to do and we really like hanging out with other residents and the leasing staff. The last work order I placed was completed in less than 30 minutes, what more can I ask for?

I’ve been a resident of Highline Pointe for several years now, and I highly recommend the community to friends and family. The property is managed very well, and always maintained in excellent condition. The office manager (Adeline) and her assistant (Ryan) are professional, friendly & responsive. It actually feels like they care about the residents, and they enjoy their jobs. The customer service really sets this place way above other properties I’ve lived in. If you have a chance to live here, do it!

We love living here with our two dogs! The staff is so helpful and the pool and gym are fantastic! It's a great location to live - especially when you're getting to know Denver like we are, we moved here all the way from SC and the staff were communicative and welcoming every step of the way! Highly recommend scheduling a tour especially if you enjoy biking/running/walking - the High Line Canal Trail is in your "backyard" :)

This apartment is killer. The best of the best. Amenities beyond belief. We might live here forever. Old management was pretty ineffective. The guy who lived above us let his dog pee on the balcony and it rained down on ours. He lived here a full year and the dog peed on my balcony the whole time, despite repeated calls, photos, inspections. My husband even got peed on one day. They "resolved" the problem by not renewing his lease.

I do not know where to start, High Line Pointe apartments is the place to be! The staff Adeline and Anna (and team)are awesome always helpful and there when you need. The amenities are superb between the free drinks, bike/dog washing station and a gym (that has maintained clean equipment). Plus you can not beat the gorgeous location and views just seconds from the highline canal trails. There is a reason this place has so many 5-stars because they put their money where their mouth is.

We just moved here from NYC and we absolutely love it already. The staff and tenants are all so welcoming and friendly. Ryan was so helpful and accommodating. We did a virtual tour and we when we got here we were amazed at how beautiful the apartment is in person. We have a dog, so having a dog run and the high line canal trail is wonderful. The amenities are also a plus. It is perfect for us, we could not recommend this beautiful place more.

Where do I even begin to start? My wife and I needed to rent an apartment for a year while we were deciding on our next house. We chose Highline because if we were going to live in an apartment we wanted it to be amazing. We were not disappointed. Beautiful, modern, stunning, are just a few words to describe this place. The leasing staff is 100% on point and very very receptive and timely. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!!!!

This apartment complex is highly recommended! The staff and environment are both exquisite. The pool is luxurious, the gym is clean and well equipped, and the staff is warm and welcoming. Adeline particularly is very pleasant to work with. She clearly cares about creating a living space that people feel comfortable in. The club house is a fun place to hang out, especially during the events that Anna, Mark, and Adeline plan. And the apartment rooms have a modern chic feel to them. Highly recommended building!
