I am extremely dissatisfied with the service (lack of) I have received. In 5 years of renting (individually owned & franchise property owned companies) I have never experienced this. I was falsely advised the unit would be ready for move-in my 12/17/2021. (The unit upon my initial move-in inspectation which took place 12/18 had several issues both cosmetic and health concerning) an the unit at the time of the writing of this review still is not completely move-in ready (i notified the property of this issues 12/20/2021) . This property charges in access to $1200 monthly rent not to mention the

The staff at Music City Flats were very helpful and consistently responsive while I was applying for an apartment. When I applied for a lease, I was in a situation where I wanted to move in as soon possible. I explained that to the lease consultant I spoke with (Steven) and - in my opinion - he went above and beyond making sure the application I submitted was processed quickly. The first time I called Music City Flats was on a Thursday morning. By Friday morning, they were ready to move to me in.

I have been on am apartment search in and around Nashville for a couple months now. Every tour I have taken, I am very upfront about my credit situation. With unlimited assurances from the property managers and hundreds of dollars in application fees, I began to give up hope of being approved until I fixed my credit. My boyfriend and I moved here about three months ago and we we’re so excited to move in! The place is cozy and feels like a home. It was a great feeling to feel at home since we just moved from a different state. The neighbors are friendly and the environment is relaxing. It is a great place to come home to after a long day. Highly recommend, this place has always felt so welcoming and like a true home. I visit my friend all the time and the office attendants and maintenance staff are always on top of their game and always looking to do the best for the residents here. I also love how close Music City Flats is to everything! Stephen at the front desk has never failed to be there for everyone in any way he can! Very grateful for my experience so far.

I toured this complex with Stephen Gill and he was so helpful and informative! We toured the entire complex and he was extremely kind and professional. We discussed all of the financials in detail, every question I asked he had an answer and said it with a smile! I recently just moved in and when I say I'm in love I mean it. I am so happy this is the place I picked to call home. Stephen is the best! He was the one that actually took me on the tour, he is so sweet. Give them a call and request a tour with him. You won’t be disappointed. If you are looking for a place I recommend it! Any issues I've had or replacement I needed they get it done right away. Same day if possible!

Don't let the older reviews fool you! This property is now under new management and has been remodeled! This complex is quaint and in a great location for someone looking to be central to the airport and Nashville. The team here is very helpful here. Give them a call and make sure you set up your tour with Stephan Gill. He was extremely informative and personable. We absolutely loved working with him.
