I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone who is looking. The office staff (especially Brad) is amazing and are always willing to help out or answer any questions that you have. The neighborhood is nice, anything that needs fixed is done so in a timely manner, and the apartments themselves are nice. Highly recommend!

I moved into Aspen Pointe 8 months ago and so far have been very satisfied with my experience as a resident. Brad and Pam were warm and welcoming during the initial tour and throughout the leasing and move-in process. The complex is clean, well maintained, and quiet. The front office staff is consistently polite and helpful with requests, both to me and other residents. All around I'm super pleased to call this complex home.

Would not recommend anyone to go here. We dealt with water leaks and water damage from 4/27/21 til the day we moved out in September. They didn’t fix any damages from when they ripped pieces out of the ceiling and all the water that came onto the carpeted floor they let sit and didn’t get someone to come clean it up til the damage was already done. We were always told someone would come fix it, never happened. Also apartment building has had issues with bugs and they charge everyone a pest fee monthly, but still have bugs in the halls.

My husband , 2 boys and myself have lived here going on 3 years and if it wasnt for Pam, Brad and Alex I'm not sure we would be signing another lease! We wish there was 3 bedrooms here so we wouldn't have to ever move. Pam treats my kids like family. They love going up to the office to see her! Brad is always happy and ready to help in any way possible. Alex is one heck of a maintenance man, he is always polite and he never leaves a mess and is always quick to fix anything we report. He is even on top of it when he is on call! We just love all our Aspen Pointe employees!!! - From a verified resident

The new owners have made many improvements as far as looks and organization. However, professionalism is not a strong suit here. We have had many of our bills posted on our door even in an envelope I do no see this as appropriate. When there is construction happening (as I understand it must for updates and such) there is no notice as to when… this will be happening there have been times when the power or sewage has been terminated without so much as a call or post on the door to explain there were complications with whatever construction was going on. I have lived here for 3 1/2 years. I can not say enough about all the fantastic improvements Aspen Pointe management have and continue to make. The complex is looking great. Maintenance is quick, professional and concerned. The management is great. Happy, polite and very professional. They address your concerns quickly and make you feel very comfortable with about your concerns. All the upgrades that are being done to every unit are wonderful. Makes it very easy to invite family and friends over. I'm proud to say I live at Aspen Pointe.
