I started working with Home Coach about over a year and a half ago. It has meant a lot to me to have our BIC, Steve Henion, be available when I have come across an unusual or unexpected situation in a transaction. It is good to know I have his knowledge and support backing me. I also appreciate the ability to earn the most money I can from a closing and get paid at the closing table rather than waiting sometimes days to get a paycheck for all that hard work.

Joining Home Coach Realty is one of the best decisions I have ever made in my real estate career. Steve Henion makes sure that all the agents in his firm are up to date with current laws and regulations of the NC Real Estate Commission. The BEST part of all is that I get to keep 100% of my commission. I only pay the company a transaction fee which is very minimal. The support that I get from him is exceptional. He is very detailed and very hands on. He checks every single transaction to make sure it’s done correctly which is very unlikely for a firm that only charges a dime. I've never felt so
