I'm basing this rating purely off of Shalonda's customer service. I ended up not moving to this apartment complex, but Shalonda and her team were excellent from start to finish. Shalonda communicated timely and was always very detailed. Not only that, but she made sure to follow-thru on any questions or requests that I made.

I cannot say enough great things about my year at Mountain View! Cristina, Shalonda and Nate are a great team. So friendly, fun, professional and helpful. They care a great deal about their tenants and work very hard to make the place feel like home. I would still be there if I didn't have to move out of state. The property is gorgeous. Lots of walking trails. Great for dogs. And the apartments are very quiet. I never heard any of my neighbors through the walls. A wonderful place to call home!

I lived at Mountain View for a year then unfortunately had to relocate due to work. I loved my experience at Mountain View. Nice Apartments right in the center of a great part of town. I loved that all of the major stores were 5 minutes away. Maintenance was always really quick with any request I had to put in (usually same day) and very helpful and friendly. The community is very well maintained. The ladies in the office were always so friendly, helpful and professional. They were so understanding and accommodating to any situation that arose. Thank you Cristina and Shalonda, you are wonderful

Just about to renew my lease for a 3rd year here at Mountain View Apartments. It's been really great and didn't honestly think I'd be here this long. It's close enough to the city, but out of the way enough that it feels quiet and secluded. It's quite affordable for the area. You are within a few miles of anything you could ever want but still have that country feel in a nice and safe part of town. All my neighbors have been friendly, quiet and considerate. Cristina and Shalonda, are friendly, courteous and exceptional at their job. They have made all aspects from the move in process, paperwork

I've been renting at Mountain View for a little over a year now, and I'm pleased with it. The staff is friendly and helpful, and maintenance on anything I've needed has always been prompt. Neighbors are all quiet and respectful and the grounds are also pretty. The only drawback is that my apartment does not have an in-unit washer dryer, however there is an on site laundry room. I would recommend Mountain View to others looking to rent, especially those looking for a quiet complex in a good part of town
