Alessandro is the man! (Seriously). Most agents' I've encountered during my apartment search for the last seven years have been unprofessional and are clouded by dollar signs. ALESSANDRO IS THE EXACT OPPOSITE! He definitely cares about his clients. There are few people I can connect with on a personal level, and I'm lucky to have connected with Alessandro. Walter Too is an amazing broker who went above and beyond our expectations when searching for a new apartment. Afik Azulay was our Broker for my boyfriend and I and he was beyond impressive. We told him what we were looking for and in just 2 hours he showed us 4 incredible places that had everything we wanted and were within our price range. He's different than other brokers in that he is extremely honest and open and genuinely cares so much if you're happy with what he finds you. Update:
The management company introduced to me by Caliber has, nearly 9 months later, reimbursed me in total for my security deposit.
I'm not sure if Caliber contacted them, or if they decided to pay attention for some other reason, but I am happy about the suddenly swift resolution.
For the record, I did have a very good experience with the Caliber broker.

Daniella from Caliber has assisted us with finding the perfect apartment.
We were relocating from abroad and therefore the whole process was done remotely.
She visited locations, took pictures, videos, checked for additional questions and kept on assisting way after we've already signed the lease - at ANY hour.

I found a listing on StreetEasy for a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment on in turtle bay listed by Michael Rockman and Rohit Kumar as associates of Caliber so I made the trip to see the place. Rohit met me there and I asked to wait for my fiancé which he insisted in showing me the place immediately although I got there 15 mins early.

Orit is was a joy to work with. Hardworking, charismatic, and was really helpful in explaining the ins and outs of the whole rental process. My husband and I are relocating to New York from Washington state and Stav Glick was the first Realtor we spoke with. Boy, were we happy she was!
She sent us videos of each place, she made herself available at all times, including evening hours pacific time, which meant she was working even later on the east coast! She is on top of her communication and VERY responsive.

Last year we were looking to move in order to be in a better UES school zone for the 2017/18 school year. We are not new renters here and already used NYC brokers for our last 3 Manhattan moves, in other words we are very well versed on the Manhattan rental landscape. By far the best broker office i've worked with. I was moving from the West Coast to the East Coast and the broker - Afik Azulay blocked off a whole day to take me around the whole city and look at 10-15 buildings all around midtown, hell's kitchen, fidi, battery park, etc.
Afik was very professional, passionate, and friendly. He was one of the few brokers i've worked with that goes out of his way to make sure the customer/client is satisfied (aka YOU) and is always looking out for your best interest.
