Let's face it: It's difficult to focus on healthy eating and regular exercise with our crazy-busy lifestyle, right? What's more, it's difficult to do this "lifestyle" change by yourself. But, having a COACH and a COMMUNITY to work with makes all the difference! We're going to make it as EASY as possible for you to feel great, look amazing and eat clean as we head into Fall with our 6-week Clean and Lean program.
We offer three membership options, as well as the option to attend camp 2 or 3 times per week (note: some locations only offer a 2 day a week option). In order to encourage you to commit to your health and regular exercise, we offer discounts if you'll commit to staying with us for 3 months or more.
