At X-treme Athletics, our goal is to help you become the best version of yourself. Based on the proven fitness program developed by 8 times CrossFit Games athlete Neal Maddox, our workouts are designed to help athletes of all levels achieve better overall fitness and quality of life. Our passion is to channel our years of experience and competive success into a plan that helps you achieve your results with efficiency and convenience.
General Physical Preparedness (GPP) is the core of the Maddox Method program. Performed at high intensity, it provides the best results for overall fitness and quality of life. It starts with a proper warm-up specifically designed for the core activities. It is followed by the workout of the day (WOD).
No matter what you do in the gym, you're not going to go anywhere if you do not maintain balanced nutrition. That's why the Maddox Method doesn't just focus on training and workout programming, but also offers customized nutrition guidance to help you optimize the food you eat. We need to put the right kind of fuel into the body to get the desired results we want, from weight loss to gaining muscle mass.
Recovery is key to whole body fitness. As an integral part of the Maddox Method, we place an emphasis on implementing proper recovery so that your body can be efficient in your workouts. The only way to sustain high intensity over a long period of time is to factor in ideal recovery at the right time and in the right way.

Today is my one year anniversary starting with the X-treme Athletics team and I couldn’t be happier with the transformations I have experienced in all aspects of my life. First starting back in October of 2020 I weighed in just short of 300 pounds, now 100 pounds later I’m just short 200 pounds. I was extremely overweight, had little energy, and I knew I let myself go too far. It was time to make a change. My primary goal was the lose weight and get in shape. I started with a week of beginner 1 on 1 sessions to learn the fundamentals. After that I transitioned the early morning class 5 days

I highly recommend X-treme Athletics. I have been over weight for long time. I walked onto the gym and signed up for a group class. Covid hit however they still got us together on zoom and did the workouts. I worked out 5 days a week with 2 days to rest and stretch. As of June 22, I have lost 85 lbs, I am still going to reach my first goal of loosing 100lbs. They provided a meal plan which I stuck to it and working out now at their gym outside. I also was able to stop taking my high blood pressure medicine . I feel awesome and I want to thank Neal & Tracy as well as Kota and Dave !! They are great

As a dancer I was scared to get injured but the coaching and fundamentals and coaches pay super close attention to detail and make sure you are set for success. I used to have a weak knee and now after a couple years I don’t have problems with it at all.

I started with X-treme when I was 44, I am turning 50 this year and physically I’m right where I always wanted to be. I learned to eat well and I am in the best shape of my life thanks to this program. I have no plans of stopping until physically I can’t put one foot in front of the other.

I am so glad I came across this place. It has been the catalyst to helping me become healthy again and making exercise and eating healthy my top priority. In my first 6 weeks I lost over 6% body fat and am feeling great. Tracy is a fantastic trainer and really motivates you and holds you accountable. The place is clean, inviting and perfect for all fitness levels. Don’t be afraid if you are just starting out. They cater to all levels and help you improve and grow as the weeks go by. You are surrounded by like minded people with similar goals and it makes the hour go by fast.

I dropped into X-treme Athletics for three days for their CrossFit classes (while visiting the area). I can't say enough good things about this place! Tracey was very welcoming -- in fact, all the members were welcoming, encouraging and positive. If I lived here, this is where I would go for CrossFit Classes. CrossFit is a community, and I certainly felt that vibe from day 1. I had Neal Maddox as my coach for all three days. Wow! The Quality of coaching and instruction is excellent. I had a few lingering injuries, and they worked with me based on my ability - scaling the workouts as needed. The

I have gone to a couple of community days at X-Treme and the people were extremely friendly. During the workouts I received motivating feedback from multiple trainers on how to improve form regarding specific movements, as well as, positive motivation from my workout partner (a gym regular). Other gyms will have chalk all over the place, heavily crowded, or old equipment. This gym is very clean, spacious and the equipment is new.

I have been a member at this gym for about 3 years and as I get older in my 40s I have realized I still need a lot of help with mobility and becoming a better version of me.
