Core Fitness
We are a boutique studio, not a fitness factory. Our mission at CORE Fitness is simple: Make fitness easy, fun, and effective for every body. A group exercise instructor for nearly 10 years, Nanci began CORE Fitness in 2007 when she started teaching Pilates Reformer to three friends in her family room at home.

If you have no Pilates Reformer experience (experience on the Reformer, not mat Pilates), we ask that you take an Intro class. If it's been a while since you've done Reformer, or you only did it once or twice, give us a call; we'll figure it out together. You may put a medical hold on your monthly pass for a maximum of two weeks, once per year.

Nanci Mora makes exercise interesting through offering stimulating variety of activity. I've been going for three years for group and private classes. My walking has improved from always with a cane to mostly with no cane

I honestly wanted to like this studio but the studio doesn't accommodate a wide range of clientele. If you want your business to flourish, you should be able to accommodate all your clients. With that being said, I only tried their reformer classes. In one of the classes, the instructor had us practice preventative health with a bosu ball. Basically the instructor said this was geared towards if you were to fall/how to not fall on your hip. One of the clients turned to the instructor and then looked at me and laughed, "why is this girl being instructed to learn this!"

I just didn

I love this place! I take Pilates so my review is about that and the studio in general. I started taking classes with Nanci about five years ago and have always been really happy with their service and pricing.

I really like the fact that the fitness routine changes every week. Though most of the workouts are centered around the reformer there are also Bosu days, tower days, jump board, and once there was the dreaded Pilates chair day.... :)

Nanci is a great instructor and is VERY good about helping with modifications for injuries.

Their policy on the barre classes forces you to sign up 24 hours in advance. I did not sign up on line per their policy but I showed up FIVE (5) times and out of those 5 only ONCE did they actually have a class. I did not follow the policy but it seems to me that their policy is not encouraging people to attend. I know I will not be going again!

I have been going to Core Fitness for Barre a few weeks now (I think I am on my 7th class?). This is everything that I am looking for in fitness classes. It is an intimate studio with instructors who are encouraging, know their stuff and TOTALLY kick your butt at the same time. I took a week off because I was in a fender bender and had some neck funkiness, but even with that I am definitely already seeing more tone all over (swim suit season is HERE, people!). In addition to your standard yoga mats, blocks, straps, and rings that you can use if you don't have your own, they also they offer

I have been taking Pilates classes for around 3 years and just started coming here a couple of months ago. I am very happy especially as compared to the other facility I attended. Nancy is friendly and knows her stuff and also changes up the routines each week. That was not the case where I had been going. It isn't hard to get into the classes and she will actually teach one if there are only 2 students signed up! The other instructor, Jennifer (I think) is also very good.

You guys have to try the Barre classes! They're wonderful for strengthening the core and stretching out your muscles! This class reduced most of the pain from my boot camp class by God's grace! Mon, Thu, Fri, Sat.

The barre class taught by Dani is amazing! I love taking classes at the gym but I was hesitant taking this class because I have no experience with barre, dance, pilates etc. Dani is a great instructor who really knows how to teach all levels and make everyone feel comfortable. This is one of those classes that you leave from feeling satisfied that you got a great workout. I can't wait to go again!

I'm giving the two stars for the person at the front. The instructors are actually great. I drop in when I can. Honestly I would go more but I do t like dealing with the guy at the front desk. He's so rude, lacks any personality and can be extremely condescending. Another thing that bugged me was that I was given a groupon last year which is how I heard about this. Then I went back w one I bought for myself. He wouldn't let me use it and instead told me I needed to use it for a membership. I ended up paying an extra $10 on top of my Groupon and he still charged me for the class
