One-on-One, goal oriented fitness and athletic coaching and customized personal training plans to help you go beyond what you ever imagined. Our experienced and knowledgeable trainers will develop a customized program designed around your needs and goals. We offer 30 minutes and 1 hour sessions, nutritional counseling and planning.
TNDO Revolution is our progressive 1-hour Fitness Group Class focusing on building strength and toning up while incorporating technical lifts and weights. Our trainers are able to tailor the program to individual needs with this semi-private group. Designed for results, motivation and accountability, small group sessions will help you reach your goal in a fun friendly yet motivating and intense atmosphere.
Our Sports Performance Training Programs provide customized training based on your goals and sport-specific demands. We work with athletes of all levels to decrease injuries, build strength, and improve performance using the same individualized training and nutrition counseling the pros receive. Elevate your game with the tools you need to improve strength, power, endurance, agility and flexibility.
