My love of fitness and training developed when I began playing tennis in Middle School and continued through my years at Old Dominion University and beyond. My undergraduate degree in Education from ODU has helped me in my work as a Certified Personal Trainer, Fitness Nutrition Specialist, Senior Fitness Specialist, Youth Fitness Specialist, IMPACT group fitness trainer, and as a Life Style and Weight Management Specialist.
Being of Greek descent, I bring extensive knowledge of the Mediterranean Diet. In addition, I live a gluten free, dairy free lifestyle and love to share my experiences with others.
