Services
Take advantage of everything a certified personal trainer has to offer! I will be there with you to demonstrate movements, monitor your exercise form, provide motivation, add some fun and variety to your workouts and - as always - address any questions you have. Sessions are completed in your home or other agreed-upon location, with any necessary equipment provided.
Pilates is a system of movement that re-educates, re-aligns and balances the body. This Method focuses on your core muscles; abdominal, back, hamstrings, and all the stability muscles in the shoulder girdle and Hips. My journey with the Pilates Method started in 2001. I was 34 years old and had terrible back pain and it was affecting my workouts and my life in general.

I have been working out with Karen for about 17 years! She has always been great at customizing workouts over the years, no matter what I want to achieve with my body or what season of life I am in. She teaches a variety of pilates, yoga, strength training or whatever I am feeling at the time.
If I fall off the fitness wagon she is amazing at helping me back up and never makes me feel like a failure. I love that she has also made accommodations to teach via Zoom during this time. No excuse or gym closures will stand in her way of helping you get fit.

Karen is amazing! I'm in the best shape I've ever been since working with her. She has years of experience and is just all around fun to work with. Great personality, always up for a good laugh. What I love most about Karen's classes is the creativity and versatility. Every class is different, and she always comes up with new ways to work each part of the body. I live by Karen's YouTube channel, and follow her workouts daily. Most YouTuber's seem to use the same routines over and over again. Karen is the first trainer I've worked with who has new moves, and keeps it fun!
