I contacted the property for information and Alyssia responded immediately. She answered all of my questions patiently and professionaly. However, we soon discovered that they are so full and unable to meet all of the needs that I have. She then took the time to recommend some properties that might work for me. I really appreciate the positive and helpful attitude that she used to help me. I regret not being able to move into Signature Park, hopefully one day in the future I can.

We love living at Signature Park! It’s a quiet, friendly, and safe complex. We walk in the Park Hudson trail almost everyday! The staff is friendly and helpful. Our apartment is in great shape and we felt right at home immediately. I would recommend this apartment to anyone moving to the area. The pool and gym are great amenities as well as the office printers.

I would NOT recommend Signature Park Apartments to anyone. My husband, two young adult children, and I lived there for 5 years and recently moved out. When our plans changed we decided to move back. Our application was denied. Their response was, "too many late payments." We ALWAYS made our payments in 5 years, and if we were late it was no more than 5 days and the late fees were always paid. I am a nurse and my husband is a mail carrier. We never missed a rent payment even through the COVID shut down because we are both essential workers. So you can see why I am extremely upset with Signature

Please don't give these people your money. Lazy management as the gym was rarely cleaned or stocked with cleaning supplies and work orders often would have to be called in multiple times. Forget about loyalty with long time tenants or any resident accommodations. One maintenance guy blew up at us once and caused a very awkward interaction with him. Months after the initial virus hit, they still were not taking in packages to the office and were forcing the post office to store them for us to drive and pick up, when every other apartment complex was back to taking in packages. Parking is terrible

I dont know where to start, but I could write a novel about Signature Park since we lived there for 16 years. Initially when we moved there in 2004, Signature Park was a beautiful place to live at with grounds comparable to a resort and back then the apartments were modern. Unfortunatly things changed over the years but not for the better. The lawn service companies changed several times until we had a very good one that did an awesome job, but only to be let go and replaced with one that does very little and it showes. Management changed on a regular basis with managers coming and going like clockwork

Absolutely LOVE this complex. For an apartment complex it is relatively quiet. My neighbors are so sweet and friendly and the atmosphere is just so warm and welcoming here. I am a huge animal lover and I love sitting on my patio seeing all the puppers around. Maintenance is quick with responding to request. And I love the overall location. Near amazing walking trails that feel safe enough to walk at night. I will more than likely renew <3

I have lived here for two years and my experience with maintenance and the front office has been awful. Maintenance has come into my apartment when I wasn't home and moved my stuff around without putting things back. I have also had several pieces of furniture destroyed on two different occasions due to renovations that I specifically asked to be there for (due to past experiences). The front office is extremely rude anytime you have any problems with your experience in Signature Park Apartments. I highly unrecommend this apartment complex.

Lived here about 8 months in 2018 and never had an issue that wasn't taken care of right away. Management was always helpful, courteous and friendly. My husband received military orders and we had to break our year lease and it was painless and easy. Property was clean and we always felt safe. Trails were great for our daily walks. Pools were always clean and open. Apt had no carpet which I loved. Neighbors around us were quiet and mindful of noise and trash. Trash was picked up outside of our door weekly which was amazing. Property is gorgeous. However, the office workers will not own their mistakes. The office workers have lied on multiple occasions and just today we were charged a late fee. We were improperly conveyed how late charges work. The manager told my roommate there is a one time courtesy waive and they would let us know it is waived. If that was the case the courtesy waive should be this time. But they said they had been waiving it and just "couldn't let it slide this time" I told him I would have loved to have known things were sliding or else I would have fixed it. Nothing but problems since moved in. Was only here for 5 months. They couldn't get the rain leak fixed and the apartment smelled. So moved out. Was told they found someone that took the apartment and everything was fine and that they would notify if there was any problem. I get a collection bill in the mail today. Would've been nice to know that they couldn't find someone and given us a heads up. Do not stay here.

When I first moved here a few years ago, the management was super friendly and the maintenance would respond almost instantaneously. However, the newest management are very rude when you go in to pick up a package, pay rent, or ask a simple question. The maintenance team takes weeks to respond and they don't even fix the issue. They used to have a waitlist to rent but now there are several vacant units. I enjoy the environment but the people in the office will probably be the reason I leave.

We subleased here for 8 months while we searched for a home after moving to BCS. I have two teenage sons so it was a bit tight but it served the purpose. The service was okay but the gates were a pain and would make us late when the exits would not open properly. The maintenance guys are alright and were never creepy or weird if they had to come for repairs while I was home alone.

As a graduate student I really enjoyed living here. The maintenance staff was really nice and got the work done. When I had some issues with my neighbors due to them not leashing their dog, the management staff were nice and heard me out. Great running trails, really peaceful and green around. The apartment complex is located near nice homes and an elementary school. When I lived there I saw families, couples and young professionals living there. When I moved out I got a good chunk of my deposit back. The only down side is that their jacuzzi was always down. Rent is not cheap there so for the amount

Have lived here for a year as I finished up my degree and loved it. I basically agree with Jennie's review. Quiet, safe, very well maintained and surrounded by a park. I've had to call maintenance three times since living here for very minor fixes and each time they have come in the same day- guys are friendly and hard-working and do a great job. I've had no problems with management and the girls in the ofc have been nothing but helpful and friendly. I lived here for all 4 years of my college career at A&M mainly because I wanted to stay away from the loud and obnoxious college crowd that you will find at most "college" apartments.
Management: The management is always changing so the service will vary. For the most part, they are attentive and very friendly. I never had any major issues.
Maintenance: Maintenance here is very good and will fix almost anything. Sometimes, you have to call the office more than once to remind them of a work order you placed. But for the most part, they come out quickly and will be there ASAP!
