I spoke Ms.Angela in June 2021, and upon speaking with her she was actually ready to get me in as soon as possible but I had a personal delay and she basically comforted me by saying when you get everything handled just call me and we can get you squared away.Fast Forward to November, I called the office and spoke with Ms.Angela again letting her know that I was now ready to proceed with the application process, she scheduled me to come in the following week. I made it to my appointment and was then assisted by Ms.Kiara who then made sure all my paperwork and documents were submitted to their compliance

They stole my daughter's refundable deposit and refused to give it back. They claimed that the application says forfeit deposit if you dont take the apartment. It doesn't say that. It say forfeit 2 other fees which she didnt pay. In addition the manager said to go with the application instead of what the leasing agent said. What? You mean the agents can lie and misrepresent things when directly asked questions and for legal purposes you think its a defense to say go with the application. For the record, this complex charged my daughter 2 nonrefundable fees of $800 because she is a 1st time renter

I been living here for two years and see the change. The Three Ladies that works at the Parks at Carrign are professional welcoming and always greets the tenants with a warm welcoming. When things need repaired they don’t hesitate to get it done. The office is always smelling good and is nice and cleaned. I even noticed some of the cleanup they are doing to make it a better complex. The Maintenace crew get things done in a timely manner as well.

I wanted to take the time to leave a review for the office staff they all are very attentive and respectful . I want to thank Angela in particular I believe she is the property manager there . You can tell she really cares about the property and her residents, I have been living here for quite some time and I can honestly say there has been a major change in a good way ! Out of all the residential community management teams. This community staff has been more than helpful and responsive. I've had the pleasure of working with Kiara, and she has been super nice, helpful and responsive. She's amazing and with all that they do, she still was kind enough to not consider my constant inquires as a bother to her. She welcomed every question, request and suggestions.

I love living here, the office staff especially KiaraNicole at the front desk is AMAZING! She always greets me and has a smile on her face. Everyone is professional and helpful! Beautiful place to live! The only thing I don’t like is my family and I are trying to get an bigger apartment…UPO.., but somehow every time a bigger apartment becomes available, it’s snatched away from us. Other than that, I love it here. But we have GOT to get a bigger apartment
