I've been living here for 6 months now and I really love the community. Maintenance requests have always been handled in a timely manner and the staff, both leasing and maintenance, are really friendly and nice. They hold lots of community events which is a nice way of meeting people in the community. Overall my experience here so far has been a really pleasant one and I would definitely recommend this place to everyone who is looking for a new home.

Great experience while living here, have lived in this apartment complex for nearly 3 months now and all has seemed well. The staff are friendly and helpful and always respond within 24 hours or less. The complex is great for people with kids, alot of families do live here including my own. Neighbors are quiet and friendly, not a lot of road noise from the highway and/or planes from rdu. Honestly has been a great experience so far, will update later on around 12 months as well.

Very clean and quiet community. Everyone is friendly and polite. I moved in right as management company changed, and initially the transition for me wasn’t smooth, but as everyone got settled in the new team has been polite and helpful. I’m so glad I chose to make this my temporary home for myself and my son…looking forward to renewing another year!

Pretty great experience so far. Everyone is very welcoming, and the apartments are very nice and well built. I'm pretty sure they're recently under new management and from the looks of other reviews, this management is a lot better than the last. They definitely take their jobs seriously and care about everyone.

RENT AT YOUR OWN RISK
Tried to rent at this apartment complex and things went really well at first. Front desk was very professional and kind. However I ran into an issue with the renting process and as soon as it seemed like myself and roommates may not be living there the demeanor completely changed! I’ve sent multiple emails trying to resolve the issue (that I got resolved on my end). However they have completely ignored my emails and refuse to respond to me. I imagine this behavior would continue had I chosen these apartments and I’m glad that I won’t be living here. Imagine trying to

I had an awesome experience with Residences of Shiloh Crossing. Deborah is so helpful, friendly, and attentive. She made my move-in experience very fast, easy, and wonderful. Heather was also very helpful and friendly. It's a great staff who genuinely cares about their residents. I love my brand new apartment. This is by far the best apartment that I've ever had. It's the best. It's spacious with a great layout. I love living here. The place is gorgeous and the amenties are wonderful as well. You'd love it here too!

I have had a tremendously positive experience moving into the Residences at Shiloh Crossing! I had a fantastic Leasing Consultant guide me through the process! Her name is Deborah Kamarainen. She was so patient and always available for my questions. She provided me with great resources and was very knowledgeable. Deborah’s courteous support was genuine and welcoming.
