Management has a lot of rules that are not in forced. There is no focus on environment and climate. The appliances uses a lot of water and electricity, the washing machine and dryer is a ancient model.

Kayla made the move in so smooth, and Justin completed the few small maintenance tasks we had quickly and is always polite and friendly. Kayla makes it a point to remember everyone’s names which makes it feel more like a community. Warm neighbors. And the community is always in great condition.

Excellent! The garage and layout of the unit -plenty of storage and tall ceilings with light from both sides. Quiet (after construction on new high rise is done for the day) and feels safe and private. Maintenance and front office are SUPER responsive and nice. Love the nightly garbage pick up service. You can walk to so many places from here (Beerworks, Bella Botega, QFC) so location is excellent. Really enjoying our 2-bedroom townhome and so glad we are here!

Safe, comfortable, high ceilings and big windows that open, ceiling fans, clean, near bike trails, courtyards and trees in apartment living area, friendly people, helpful staff. Feels like home :)

I finally found a complex that I love! The staff are friendly, always helpful and really care. The grounds are well kept and beautiful. The area is quiet. The units are spacious with great layouts. Great walk score too!

We live in LionsGate North for over a year now and really enjoy it. The community is very central and walking distance to supermarkets and the transit center. The townhouses are very bright, spacious, quiet and kept in good shape. We like the gym, pool and hot tub. The staff is very friendly and responsive.

My husband and I moved to LionsGate North last year, and we love it here. The complex is very central in Redmond, with grocery stores, coffee shops, and tons of restaurants nearby. There's also regular festivals and activities within walking distance. Our townhome is really beautiful and recently renovated. There's a number of kids that seem to be… friends in the community, and they all came trick-or-treating as a big group at Halloween this year. It's fun to be a part of that kind of community!

I like this community so far! The amenities (gym, valet garbage pickup) are good, and the unit has a fairly nice layout. The location is great - I like being able to walk to so many restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. A huge variety of other shops and markets are within a short drive, and it's a pretty easy drive into Seattle proper. The service staff do a great job too! I do wish the unit was a touch larger and that it was a bit easier to get into the garage and to find parking for extra vehicles.

We love living at LionsGate. It's so much nicer than "apartment" living. The townhome setting takes away "long dark hallways and neighbor noises from above and below. LionsGate has a family feeling, a community like environment.
