I lived here for 6.5 years and I loved it. The staff was excellent. They do everything they can to help you out, respond to maintenance requests very quickly, and they put on events to keep residents happy and interested. Missy, the manager, always went above and beyond to take care of any issues or questions I had. She's incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. A true master of her craft.
The apartment itself is pretty luxurious too. They are renovating now too so I'm sure they'll get even better.

Penn Circle is a great place to live! The location is awesome. Missy, the GM, is amazing and always so cheerful. Right when I looked into Penn Circle, she was quick to answer all of my questions just as she always is with her cheerful spirit. The maintenance staff is always extremely quick as well to fix requests. The community as a whole is safe and very well kept for a fair price!

Penn Circle Apartments stood out to me from the moment Missy picked up the phone when I called to inquire. We were in a season of transition and Penn Circle Apartments were a great home for us as we settled into the area. Being close to the highway we were able to easily explore other towns on the north side, get into the city, or hop on the highway for a trip.
Hands down, the best part about living here was Missy and Alexis who manage the property. They are personable and go an extra step to help with any and everything. The maintenance crew is quick, responsive, and always happy to resolve any

It's been really pleasant staying here in Penn Circle apartments. The staff here has been really friendly and willing to help out with many things. Furthermore, the maintenance has been able to solve issues in timely manner. Finally, the apartment is well located in Carmel so that it's always minutes away from grocery, playground, park or outdoor mall. All in all, we've been really enjoying our stay here!!

I LOVE LIVING AT PENN CIRCLE!!!
The only reason I am not renewing is because I am relocating to a new city. I've lived here for 4 years and am very sad to be leaving. Missy, Morgan, Corey and all the others that work on the property have become like extended family. Whenever I need any repairs, they are taken care of so quickly because they all truly care about the resident's experience.
They plan fun events for the residents and the pool and clubhouse are awesome. Not to mention the ease of living in this area. It's safe and there are so many cool places to walk to for drinks, dinner, workouts

I stayed at Penn Circle for 6 months and it was amazing great place to live and the two ladies at the office are awesome. They are true professionals and will greet every individual by name. There are some functions throughout the year that management will put on for residents to attend; so no matter young or old if you live a wild and fun… attractive lifestyle please keep this in mind. The property also offers valet trash service if you are lazy enough to use it ($5 dollars a month). I loved my time at Penn Circle and if work asks me again to move to Carmel I will be moving in again.
