We offer boot camp style classes that will push your limits and offer variety. Small class sizes allow instructors to correct form and provide any necessary modifications. In addition to Boot camp classes- we offer personal training and individual nutrition coaching and meal planning. We have a certified personal trainer for every goal, every body type, and every personality.

Our trainers work with clients on an individual basis as well as leading our renowned Boot Camp classes. We develop customized wellness plans for each of our clients (personal training and group fitness clients) that include initial health assessment, discussion of concerns, setting goals and checkpoints.

Our large facility allows us to have an amazing selection of equipment including kettlebells, tires, sledgehammers, rope climbs, TRX training straps, olympic weights, sand bags and much more.

Because 1-on-1 coaching is very personal, we tailor each program to meet each individual client's goals. Each plan will include a set of measurable, realistic goals that will be the foundation of your program. Based on your goals, your trainer will lead you through a variety of exercise regimens that will get you moving in the right direction.
At Renegade Personal Training and Fitness, we take great pride in our classes and boot camps. Coached by some of the greatest certified personal trainers and coaches in the metro area. Because our classes vary in intensity, we have classes for all fitness levels. Our facility has equipment that is specialized to our style of training that just can't be beat.
The Renegade Boot-Camp System is designed to help you improve strength and endurance, burn fat and feel good. You will burn massive amounts of calories in our 60 minute classes utilizing strength training, Olympic weight training, functional movements, bodyweight training and metabolic conditioning.

I did a "boot camp" last summer here for eight weeks. Their trainers are top notch. I was very impressed at how attentive they were to us, to make sure we did the exercises properly and make sure to stretch before AND after our sessions. I can't say enough good about this workout center.

Excellent trainer, fabulous workouts! Love Renegade and highly recommend to everyone looking to better themselves. I've been going for 8 years and it's a part of my life. If your looking for a fun and challenging place to do personal training or fitness classes, Renegade is the place to go! After having a baby in August, I wanted to get back in shape and be fit! The trainers are very knowledgeable on fitness and nutrition! In just a couple months I have gotten stronger than I have ever been and have learned how nutrition fits in with my lifting and cardio. I have always been a runner and really enjoyed it, but now I love weight lifting with a trainer that pushes me.
