Services
This affordable housing program is for individuals and families with moderate incomes allowing below market rents for those who qualify. The program is not a subsidized housing program as each resident is responsible for their full amount of rent each month. Rental amounts are based on the pre-set income limits in the geographic area and not based on your individual household income.
Certain floor plans may have different amenities depending on when they were updated, what building they're in, etc. To tour our floorplans and see what amenities may be available, please give us a call. See our community in-person! Your smartphone will be used to grant you access to the home you're interested in and will act as your tour guide. Ready to apply? Once approved, the team will provide you with an electronic lease agreement and work with you to register for our resident portal. You will receive a code and location for a lockbox where you can pick up your keys and move in to your new home at your convenience.

Dania has been exceptional helping me to get my new apartment. She has made the process so smooth and answered all my questions. The most unprofessional and absolute dumb place I have ever set foot in. The people there dont know what their job entails. They waited until my move in date to tell me I wasnt approved completely after they told me I was approved with complete disregard of my situation having packed and planned to move. They are extremely uninformed about their own business practices and will lie to save their jobs. Dont rent here this place is a nightmare.

I moved in to Oakfield Apartment Homes on May 1st 2015. A new manager named Ana moved in a few days later. I was, at first, very sorry that I had chosen this place, but Ana turned things around 180 degrees when she got here and now this place is the best place I have ever rented. They fix things the moment you ask them to and are always very pleasant and professional.
