I am beyond excited to have a brand new residence. I was treated like a VIP by the office staff, namely, Miss Torie, Miss Maycie, & Mr. Jeff Cole. They are knowledgeable, respectful, informed, organized, & totally committed to our needs with patience & guidance.

We moved in almost a month ago and it is going to be a great place to live not many of us here but we have all are getting to know each other Ivy Point has put together things for us to do since we can’t use the beautiful 3 story Club House and decorated so elegant and homey can’t wait until it is open Last night was a great evening as they had live music for us the last two weeks and we had a great time Dancing and visiting 6 ft away and If you are thinking of downsizing before you make your decision you must check it out !
