Such a seamless and great move in experience. The leasing agent Sharon is wonderful, she literally made my experience from applying to moving in nothing short of amazing! She was SO pleasant and responsive to all our concerns and needs. This is the first time i have ever had such a stress free move, the application process was very quick, she even went out of her way by drawing a map for my movers so they'd know the quickest route to my new unit. I absolutely love the Medici they are very on time whenever there is a problem maintenance comes almost right away if not the next day. I've had nothing but nice team members every time they have such big smiles and are always very helpful in the offices with any question. I would recommend this apartment homes THE MEDICI 1,000 times

Where to begin, the building manager Mahan is incompetent and unable to resolve basic problems a building manager should complete. She couldn't manage a small camp site, let alone a 700+ unit apartment. This place is a disaster.
Her incompetence comes at your price. Things break down and never get fixed in a timely manner. The roof pool remodeling has taken almost 2 years. The regular pool is filled with drunk parents with unsurprised children in the summer. They took anyone that applied during Covid and you can see it where you live. This is not a luxury apartment. This a ghetto hotel now

Living here for almost 2 years. No issues with the apartment so far. Location is amazing - work in DTLA, shopping across the bridge and access to all major freeways in minutes. Private park in the hearth of LA makes a huge difference when choosing apartment building in the area. Kids enjoy huge pool and a hot tub. Gym is a bit outdated and outdoor spaces lacking outdoor furniture, but overall great experience.

My car was recently brought from out of state and I was a bit concerned on where I would park my car since my roommate already had a parking space for herself. I reached out to the residence office where Mahan, Christopher and Linda helped me find new parking spots for both vehicles. Now that I have a parking spot alongside my roommates, everything's easier. The process was extremely easy and I'm very happy with my experience! Thank you!

5 start treatment !! I just want to say that thanks to the wonderful leasing agent Krystal Fisher that took over after some difficulties and lack of communication my husband and I had with the previous leasing agent, we were able to secure a unit that was best fit for our family at The Medici. She catered to us and made us feel very welcomed. She was very professional and responsive every step of the way. Krystal made the transition as smooth as possible for us. Highly appreciated.

I moved here in December 2021. So, it's been about three weeks now. The people that work at the Residents Services office have been great so far! They are extremely helpful. They have answered all of my questions, and quite honestly, they've gone above and beyond for me a few times already. My first night, the fire alarms went off at like 2am. Other than that, everything has been really good. Also, I made a maintenance request, and it was taken care of right away! I don't know who used to manage this complex. Cindy that works as a custodian and Sharon that works in the resident services office.. first let me start off with Cindy .. literally every time I come in contact with her she's smiling from ear to ear. The Medici has been my home for the past 6 years . And I just moved out in October 2021. This place has been so amazing. Great value for the price . It feels like living in a resort . I will greatly miss my apartment as I've had so many great memories .
The staff has been extremely caring & helpful. And seems to be improving greatly . The staff truly cares about their tenants . I was very impressed with how they helped me during my moving out process and have even followed up recently to make sure I was doing well.

I've been living here for a year now, and I truly love living here. Even with all the crazy things that happens in Downtown Los Angeles. The Medici teams makes its feel home. I really want to thank the main man who fixes all my appliances or any issue that I have James. Also, the securities Broneel, Mike, Gustavo and Morris who makes it fun and keeps the residents safe. Trash resident services persons(rude and demeaning). Slow mail/always lost. Women standing outside lustily dressed, waving down cars and then asking you if you have the clicker to open the gates to let them in. Unruly neighbors who enjoy playing music at every hour of every day on every floor. No rest for the wicked I suppose. Very luxurious indeed. Pro is the maintenance team is very prompt and polite. Con is your gonna call them often.

I worked with leasing agent Krystal Fisher. She gracelly showed me the units that were available and all the amenities. She also explained all the terms greatly. And made sure that we feel comfortable calling Medici apartment our next home. And the leasing agent Miguel Cuellar was super helpful during the move in week with all the things needs to be done. Also the whole leasing team (including Machandel) is very helpful, when Krystal was on leave they helped me out rather than passing the ball.

I'd like to start by saying Thank you for all the time and patience. I was not easy to handle I know, but the people in leasing were so nice and patient with me. They have me all the answers, all the details of the building. Miguel in the office was so kind and helpful he has very good communication with future residents. And when he wasn't there beautiful lady Krystal helped me and followed up with me as well! Makes me think of how amazing their team is. It is a good representation of the brand. Angel the Porter the maintenance guys is especially kind and helpfull many great service people. I have tons of problems with management although that never take care of my needs with Roudy neighbors been going on months and no help. Security doesn't even do anything.

From the beginning I was taken care of in the best possible manner, I was looking to move into my own apartment for the first time and had no idea where to look. Once I found the Medici I knew it was home. Everyone was so helpful and nice. Linda and Sharon in residence services were quick to respond and help me with anything I needed! DO NOT MOVE HERE!! I was living there for a year and it was the worst building that I’ve ever lived in! The management is the worst that there is, they ignore your calls, your emails, all of the maintenance requests and steal your deposit! I went there in person so they would send someone to fix my fridge that was broken for months after sending bunch of emails and submitting multiple requests. They told me they’ll send someone and then again, nobody came!! I ended up fixing the fridge using YouTube videos!! It was whole different level of being terrible at their jobs! I moved out on Aug 31th. 2017. And I paid a housekeeper company to deep cleaning my apt. The pics was I took when I moved out and everywhere was cleaned up.
But just last week, I came to their office to ask my moving out paper (cause I haven't received my paper on Oct. 01) . It is ridiculous ! They gonna charge me $3300 including me my 600 deposit!!! As you can see the charging list. Eg. "Refrigerator Replacement", it is very clean and working properly! and even the Microwave. Thus, I am trying to contact with through Email, but the woman never reply
