Love living at Allister. The location is super convenient and it has great amenities. My apartment is so spacious and is exactly what I was looking for. The staff is great here as well. The fan in my apartment started making a noise and hours after I put in a maintenance request Joe came to check it out and replaced it! Thank you! Never lived in an apartment complex with such helpful maintenance staff.

For the past 2 years, I’ve lived in a spacious 2 bedroom with a large balcony. I've just signed a lease for another year because the experience has been most satisfactory. The complex is well managed, well maintained, and staff are friendly, responsive and accommodating, Neighbors are friendly and respectful. Allister North Hills offers many amenities and is convenient to everything in Raleigh. Allister North Hills is a good place to sit back, relax, & enjoy living in North Hills.

I would give a rating of 4.7 out of 5. Obviously you can't do that so I rounded up. The only reason for less than 5 would be partially do to me. 1) the office doesn't open till 10, which is totally fine, I'm just an early riser and like to get things done, but other than when I first moved in I don't really call the office. 2) my apartment is right near the dog park area thing. I believe only one time the barking got annoying, like he wouldn't stop for a straight 5min, but that was only one time. Other than that, Allister is pretty amazing. Top class. Everyone working here has been attentive, sensitive

I have lived at Allister for about a year now and I love it! The community is great for young professionals, and the dog park crowd is awesome. The girls in the office are super nice, maintenance is very responsive and quick to fix issues and they do lots of fun community events! Great distance to everything you need as well! I highly recommend Allister and Noverlys in the front office was super helpful getting me my apartment!

I have lived at the Allister apartments for several years now & am very happy with the experience. There has been a couple of moves between units & each time, staff has been prompt & accommodating. I can not say enough good things about the maintenance staff! They are so kind & helpful - always friendly & greet me & my dog by name. The apartments are a great price, clean, & fresh. The community as a whole is very friendly & welcoming. I truly enjoy living here

I can not imagine living any where else! The community is wonderful and the staff is excellent. When I was searching for a new place to live, Allister checked every expectation for my new home. The location is prime, price is ideal and the amenities are great. What I liked most about choosing Allister was that the environment and finishes feel home-y; not too modern yet still luxurious. My pup and I love it here!

Love our Allister life! It's a beautiful and spacious property that is maintained and kept very clean. The staff in the office are very friendly and always plans fun activities. The maintenance staff is responsive and efficient. Our friends and families are always impressed by all the amenities we have. Decided on living at Allister because of how close they are lots of restaurants and shops. It's been a great transition for us moving from NYC.

I’ve lived here for going on 3 years now and absolutely love it. The Allister is well maintained and located in a great part of Raleigh! Super easy to commute to work and plenty of food/entertainment within walking distance. Downtown Raleigh is only 10 minutes away. All of the staff are wonderful to work with and always have a smile on their face.

Would not recommend this place, cannot wait to move. Apartments are nice but you can literally hear your neighbors talking along with everything else above and beside you. Kids live above me and are constantly stomping, dropping things and running around all through the day and night. I am constantly being woke up at night. People slam their doors, breezeway and apt smell of smoke.

We toured a one bedroom last year prior to moving to the area. The prices are very nice compared to other apartment complexes in the area. This was our number one spot we were going to pick (ultimately ended up renting a house) so that is the only reason why we didn't choose this apartment complex. The area is set up nice and the lady that gave us the tour was very friendly. The vibe here is on point and although there was a pool party going on, it was SO quiet. That is very important when choosing a place to call home! If you're in the area, give this complex a chance! Amazing one bedroom

I moved to the Allister in late July without ever seeing the apartment in-person. The rent was the most reasonable around for such a nice place, and we got a bunch of promotions for signing our lease with a group of other people ($100 gift card, free ceiling fan installation, no security deposit, free first month rent and lock-in rates if we choose to resign at the end of the year).

Poor experience with staff at move out. Excessive charges for carpet damage; one room had damaged then you are responsible to re-carpet the ENTIRE apartment. Also, beware pet owners- make note that it is a privilege to have a pet there and you will pay at fee at lease inception and monthly. It is a fee, not a deposit. Cats are an initial fee and monthly fee too, even if they do not make use of any bags, grounds, or other dog centered amenities.

Due to a job change, my girlfriend and I had to move across the country to a place We had never been. With only 2 day in Raleigh to find a place to live, we didn't have much time to do research or shopping around. Found the website by accident after looking at about 8 different locations and being unhappy about all of them. As soon as we pulled into the parking lot we knew we got excited. It was quieter than some other locations test still close enough to walk to and from the bar. The staff was helpful and asked tons of questions about our dogs (our favorite subject.) I have lived at Allister North Hills for about 4 months now. As a recent college graduate, I was looking for a newer, more modernized apartment with great local/complex accommodations. Allister is located right next to the North Hills shopping center, which is perfect, and is just off the belt line, so getting on the highway for work is easy. You can not beat the location of Allister at North Hills! It is walking distance to great restaurants, shops, the movies, fitness activities and the greenway is nearby. Allister has great amenities including two wonderful pools and community centers which are cozy to lounge and watch tv or play some pool with friends. Special events are held on a monthly basis bringing neighbors together. The staff is incredibly friendly and go out of their way to make sure you are happy living here. The apartments themselves are clean and updated with stainless appliances and granite countertops. Come enjoy this

I have lived in Allister North Hills for a year and a half now and LOVE it! I looked extensively at the other apartments in north hills and allister is by far the best. It is its own complex, not in a shopping center which makes it feel much more residential and community based. The staff is friendly and helpful, hosting fun events each month which give you opportunity to meet the other residents. The pools are beautiful, I use those along with the 2 excellent gyms. My apartment is brand new and huge. You can't go wrong living here.

I moved into Allister North Hills 2 months ago and so far couldn't be more pleased. The apartments are surprisingly affordable for the location and well appointed with giant granite kitchen islands, stainless steel appliances, etc.
The nice thing about the community is that it's actually owned by North Hills rather than by a big national conglomerate. They seem to care about the North Hills brand and are very resident centric. They have always been very helpful and friendly in all of the occasions I've met with the management.
