Made this place my home in march! The staff is super friendly and service is A+! If there's a problem they work fast to solve it correctly! It's an amazing area if you're into the nightlife. The Buckhead bars are all around you! whole-foods is across the street and there are lot's of local shops and friendly people in the neighborhood. I'm looking for something higher up after my lease but I've loved my stay here!

My boyfriend and I just moved in yesterday, and I have absolutely no complaints. The touring, application, and move-in process here at The Irby was as efficient as possible thanks to Carl. He helped us pick out the apartment of our dreams and understood our relatively urgent timeline. He is definitely part of the reason why we chose to lease with The Irby! Not a bad word to say!

My daughter is a recent college graduate, Go Dawgs, and is taking those next steps in her life. New job and time for her to move up in this world. She is starting one of the most exciting times in her life and I could not be more proud. She chose the Irby as her first home. It is absolutely gorgeous. As a mom, I was a little worried about her safety because of the location. Carl was so kind and helpful in explaining the security at the Irby. He made me feel much better. I know that her safety is going to be a priority at the Irby. Thank you Carl for helping her in this next big step in her life

Where do I even begin?? Since moving in we've felt part of the Irby Family! Marla, Carl, Don, Annika, and the entire team have been phenomenal. We've had our share of apartments over the years and this is the best one we've ever lived in. The gatherings they host for the residents are a ton of fun! The pool, fitness center, and club room are out of this world!!! Just gave our fur baby (Bayer) a bath in the pet spa- so convenient to have that!! If you're looking for your new home- look no further! Join us and the rest of the Irby Family!!!

This like my 2nd or 3rd review. I have been a resident here since February of 2021. This is the best place I have ever lived. I just put a work order and the problem was solved within 15 minutes. The staff is just amazing! 10/10 would recommend!!! I am an extremely happy resident! Yes, a few things go wrong here and there but the leasing staff makes me feel safe, welcomed and at home every time! Its refreshing to finally find and live a place like The Irby!

We’ve lived at the Irby for about a month now and have really enjoyed the building so far! We ran into a few issues at move in, however, Carl went above and beyond to get all of our problems solved and has even made sure to check in on us multiple times since then, which we’ve greatly appreciated. We have also really enjoyed the maintenance guy, Don, he’s extremely kind and great at what he does.

The apartment is awesome, love the floor plan and the view. To top it off, the management is amazing, Carl has been amazingly hepful before I even moved in, he coordinated my entire move and everything since.
Not only the management is on top of everything but they are so sweet and understanding. Will definitely be renewing my lease.

We just toured and had the best experience. The location is great. The facilities awesome as well. If we don't move there it will not be because of our tour. John M was amazing. Personable and informative. He made us feel comfortable and was a treat to speak w about the property. We would move here just for the John M experience alone.

When I was looking for an apartment, I was impressed by The Irby’s rave reviews online compared to other complexes around. They had 99 5-star reviews. Seemed pretty impressive. However, after living here only 6 weeks, I’m not sure how they were able to receive all of those. It appears that they are mostly reviews of the tours, not actual resident experiences. I urge potential residents to make sure you’re reading people’s real experiences and reviews from living here, not just rave reviews of the TOUR they received while looking at the complex. I highly recommend the Irby! I’ll start off my saying that moving is STRESSFUL. Moving from out of state is even more stressful. While I was dealing with all kinds of nightmares with the movers on move-in day, the leasing office staff were WONDERFUL and incredibly understanding/helpful. Carl and Annika went above and beyond to relieve as much… stress as possible. They have also been prompt to resolve any issues that came up and are always around to answer any question I have. I’m loving the building so far and my only “even better if” would be having a fenced in dog

My experience with the Irby from day one has been nothing less than pure Excellence and impeccable service. There were so many choices on available units! It was hard to choose, but the whole staff, especially Tyresha Starks who was so incredibly patient on move in day, Such a wonderful, inviting experience and warm Welcome!

Wow!!! Such a beautiful place. I’ve been looking for apartments for over a week and this one really blew me away. High end finishes with great amenities. But then I moved in, my apartment is on the 7th floor facing 3 nightclubs. It feels like the dance floor is in my bedroom and it’s hard to sleep. Weekend nights sound like my windows are open, it’s so loud. They need to get rid of the night clubs
