I've worked with DR for many years and they manage several of my properties. I've found them to be great. They do a wonderful job of assuring the needs of both the owner and tenant are met. In particular Jacob has been a great and trusted partner. I've recently worked with another PM company in another state and it reaffirmed how special DR is. This is a tough business keeping both tenants and owners happy and I think DR does a great job with this.

Everyone knows that Property Managers/Landlords get a a bad rap, and I've certainly had experience with less than ideal situations myself, but Denver Rental has been awesome in the 2+ years I've been a tenant of theirs. They've been nothing but responsive and communicative when I need assistance, and otherwise very hands off. Practically invisible, which is a good thing! I think they have a very clear understanding of their role and the services they facilitate. Best renting experience I've ever had!

Shady company, unattentive and deceptive in all aspects of the process. My room mate and I lived in property managed by this company for 4 years. We always had to reach out proactively to see what their plans were for the property otherwise they would never give us notice to renew. When we moved out we paid 400$ for a deep clean of the property ourself. The agent looked through the property with us on move out day and said it looks clean and in good condition and we should expect the fulll deposit back. After emailing him 4 times and leaving him a voicemail he finally gets back to us about the

Kiss your deposit goodbye, Jacob with Denver Advised me to not clean my carpets as he said no one has ever made the cut for cleaning your own carpets or deep cleaning. Jacob said I’d be saving time and money .......well that was a lie, I received $1091.15 out of $2,800.00
Charged me nearly $650.00 dollars for carpet cleaning, $260.00 for a shower handle we had put a work order in for that was never addressed or fixed but billed us at the end.... life goes on but if you’re renting from Denver Rental protect yourself on move out.

I normally do not leave reviews but I honestly did not have the best experience working with Denver Rental and do not plan to rent from them again. I lived in the same property for two years and dealt with poor communication and often had to chase down responses and answers.
The house itself was falling apart with some serious internal issues that were hard to ignore. The wiring in the bathroom went out one day and the electrician told us if it were to get any worse, a fire could have started.... The basement flooded and kitchen water was not running for a month because of some serious pipe issues

I rented with Denver rental for 18 months. Jacob sheets our property manager was horrible and unresponsive. We had problems with our fire place for the first 4 months and found out Jacob was telling people it was user error. After new valves and mother board our issue were gone. We tried to schedule an exit walk through for 2 weeks and no response… so we turned in our keys. They showed the place after we moved out then charged us $400 to re-clean the place. The neighbor we had upstairs had kids and played her music till late hours loud. Police called by multiple neighbors. No support from
