I moved to Corpus Christi about two months ago. The entire process was smooth, thanks to the staff at Townhomes at Twenty01. My experience here has been wonderful... Being away from my family has forced me to ask for help in situations that I would usually resolve with a call to family. The maintenance staff has been quick to take care of even minor needs and the office staff always friendly and accommodating.

I loved living there. My first place after the big move from Dallas.. beautiful small community that is very well maintained! Friendly front office and maintenance. Never would have moved but needed a more space.. I most definitely would move back. Great townhouses!

Have had nothing but great service since living here!! They always have fun activities going on and make their residents feel special! The maintenance team is always so quick to help! Our dryer stopped working one night and the next day they were out there swapping it out for a new one with no questions asked! Would highly recommend living here!!

Such an amazing place to live! We are SO grateful to the amazing team (especially Sydni) who moved mountains when our original housing plan fell through unexpectedly. Not only are the amenities amazing (the pool is perfect for Texas summers), the townhomes are clean, updated beautifully and such a wonderful place to call home. As a homebody, I am so thankful to have found this amazing community and place to live!
