Christina and Diana in the office are warming and welcoming. They greet you with a smile anytime you walk in. They keep the community updated on any issues or events that are happening.
G and Jose with the maintenance team are very helpful and respond quickly to any work orders that you submit.
I have loved living in the community and would highly recommend this place.

It was a nice experience in living at Villas in bell apartments. I lived there for more than 1 year and it was very clean and good. The office and maintenance people are very friendly and helpful. I fully recommend renting in this apartments.

I have been living this apartment since 2.5 years and for me it was the best apartment because of spacious rooms clean environment and convenient to get everything easily. Christina and Diana is amazing and very helpful minded . I really impressed both of their good and helpful conversations. I recommend for everyone to rent their apartment.

I am about to sign my sixth annual lease agreement at the Villas on Bell. Recently, I was thinking about the past six years here and what a difference there is now as compared to when I first moved in.
There has been one constant in the time that I have lived here and that one thing is Jose, the Maintenance Supervisor. The work ethic of this one man is nothing short of extraordinary! Regardless of the circumstances or the timing, he is on site when he needs to be. He doesn't push work off on subordinates because it's more convenient for him to do that instead of being on the property. He schedules

Been living here almost 2 years now and still love the place just like I loved it when I first seen it. So much space and reasonably priced. Christina and Diane are also great will make you feel like you’ve known them forever just off conversation. Thank you ladies 😊

We have lived here for a little over a year and absolutely love it. Christina, Diana and our two maintenance men are wonderful. They keep the grounds looking spectacular. Affordable, gated community and maintenance requests are always handled quickly. Pretty quiet too!

I love my apartment at the villas. The manager of the complex she is so amazing. Her team is amazing they make me feel like family 👪. I will rate this place an ten star apartment home. Check it for yourself.

This place sucks! Do not live in apartment 2026 as when it rains the ceiling leaks! The problem occurred a week before Thanksgiving, we informed the front office and they advised they would get it fixed but no one came to work on the ceiling/roof. A maintenance guy showed up and said that all the roofing businesses were booked and it would take several weeks for them to come out and the weeks went by still no one showed up! Now it's March and my lease is ending in 2 months and the ceiling/roof still isn't fixed! So words of advice DO NOT LIVE HERE!

This is the 4th lease renewal we’ve signed with villas and have loved living here. The apartment is a great size for the amount we pay. If we have any issues we bring them up to the office and they help get it resolved. Christina in the office is amazing! Anytime we need anything we reach out to her and she is so quick to respond and take care of business. Until we are ready to buy a house I don’t see us leaving here!

This is going to be a funny change of paste I didn't even move into these apartments for a few reasons one not having to do with the apartments at all but the other one was the rude attitude that I got from the office staff good luck with keeping people at your apartments and inviting new people in if that's how you're going to treat and talk to them villas on Bell don't move there if they could treat you like that before you even sign a lease and imagine what they can do when you live there and you're stuck in a lease a lot of things didn't make sense during our tour

My mother and I live here and we both love this place. The manager Christina and her great team have been a HUGE help to us. Any work order we put in get ls fixed within a timeline manner. Any concerns we have, Christina is right on top of it. We really appreciate the hard work that everyone does. We feel completely safe with security on staff and the fact that our community is gated. If you sign up with cox, the cable is free. I mean this place is pretty great and I'm glad we found the right agency to find this place for us. Even our pup Sammy loves it here. So far, we've been living here for 3months now- there has been some problem here and there but they were able to fix it right away. But one think I've notice is that there's a lot of baby roaches crawling around at night, and even inside our cabinets. We had someone came in for exterminate the first week we moved in, but that didn't help fix roaches crawling around.

I feel really bad for whoever moves into apartment 1078! The wall by the front door leaks water through the baseboard and floods the entire living room every time it rains. The maintenance guys are not experienced enough to fix something like that and they would never want to call a professional to come out and make sure it gets fixed. One of the neighbors said the guy that lived there before me had the same problem. I put at least 5 work orders in for it before I finally just gave up and dealt with for the last few months I lived there. The worst part is that MOLD grew on the baseboards and they

I would literally give this apartment a zero!! The entire PEM company! Roaches roaches roaches!! And they lied said there was none went to my neighbors and they got them to. Got a exterminator from a different company they said it's infested and inhabitable! Do not live here hadn't even been here one day! My stuff isn't even in the place it's just disgusting! And mold! Anddddddd first day got our keys already leak under the sink puddles of water! Ridiculous.

I have lived at Villas on Bell for two years now.
It is my second time back. I really love the place it's peaceful and I haven't had any issues.

The Community is very well lit at night and kept clean. I love the present office staff, They respond to calls and take action where needed.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. DO NOT stay at Villas on Bell. My AC broke and smoke started coming out of the vent on July 2 at 4am. I had to evacuate all my animals immediately. I left a message on the emergency hotline and submitted a service request online. The AC did not get fixed until 7 days later, despite me continuously calling the leasing office and regional manager and visiting the leasing staff in person. My apartment was at 98F to 100F day and night. And they continuously lied to me and said it was fixed on the 5th and 6th day. They also do not reimburse you if you have to stay
