Came in for some information and to possibly tour a unit and was taken care by both janise and roberto both were very professional and extremely helpful janise was very knowledgeable about the property and process and reberto was very polite and very excited to show us around the property. Due to my qualifications I’m unable to move there but had a great experience with the staff I wanted to share.

The ladies at the office work well with the residents and do their best to accommodate the needs of others. They take time to know the residents and fully communicate with each other in order to provide the residents a good living environment. Concerns are addressed accordingly along with a follow up to see how the resident is managing. Great office hours for residents and potential residents to visit and take care of business matters. The Ladies in the rental office will gladly answer any questions or concerns regardless of the time frame with a pleasant personality.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Disgusting apartment with bugs, equipment not working properly. Very rude attidue by the management. Any paperwork you give them will be sitting on their desk forever. Maintenance enters apartment without notice.

Please look at your e-mail inbox dated 7-02-2021 and you will find our accepted signed lease Subject: Please confirm receipt,: Lease Attached.
Public explanation: " We just received a NOTICE TO VACATE for failure sign lease & recertification". last year management Chayanne filed eviction for failure to present 4years of leases they had lost and made us responsible for it.
No Response from the owner required we know is handled by the same people not doing their job.

Recently visited Somerset Pointe and had such a great experience! Initially I spoke with Cheyanne over the phone and she was very polite, answered all my questioned and helped me schedule a tour to view the community. On the day of the tour, I was running a little late and when I called to let them know Karla was very understanding and flexible. During the tour Karla made me feel comfortable and right at home. Unfortunately due to personal reasons I am currently not able to apply but based on my experience I would recommend this place to any friends/family that are looking for an apartment.

This apartment complex/neighborhood is not worth your time or money. I lived in an apartment here for two years and had so many issues that were never addressed or taken care of. I had a leak from one of the sprinklers in my apartment - all that was done was the carpet was ripped back and they placed a fan under it so it could dry it out from the water damage done. They set my trash can under where they poked holes in the ceiling for the leak, and this situation was left for almost 2 weeks with nobody telling me when it would be fixed.

Good lord, please don’t move in here. Do yourself a favor, and just avoid it. Let’s look at a list of what you’ll endure if you move here.
1. Cockroaches. Everywhere. 2. Maintenance in your apartment every day for “maintenance inspection”. 3. Staff in the office won’t answer your calls, or messages. 4. The smell of weed. 5. I would not recommend living here. The maintenance staff is horrible. I called 5 times for them to fix my stove burner, dishwasher and dryer and nothing was done. It still doesn't work. The front desk staff never answer the phone when you call. The property manager is mean and has a huge attitude. They charge for everything. There are bugs. They state they spray several times throughout the year but they've only sprayed once since I've been there. There are roaches. Not alot but some. The walls are extremely thin. I wouldn't even give it a star! Worst place to live! BEWARE OF BUGS AND MOLD! It smells terrible and nothing works! There are an insane amount of bugs in these apartments! We had to get rid of everything! Management is A JOKE. The manager is a fat lady who doesn't do anything but sit around not paying attention to what her employees are doing. STAY AWAY FROM THESE! They have terrible reviews for a reason!

I love living here. The times I've needed maintenance done, they arrive within minutes and do a fine job. The office staff is very friendly and the workers, courteous. They keep up with things such as fire alarm checks and vent filter changes.
I'm not sure what the below review is about. You need a permit to park here or else any random person will come and park here. If you don't get a permit then that's the renters problem, not the complex.

Who wants to live the the ghetto ..move here. Who wants their car towed when you can't get a permit ??? Move here .. The soccer playing capital of the world .. If you like playing Frogger dodging kids that no adult pays attention to... Move here ..a friendly office staff... Don't move here!! You get the point !!
