Elizabeth helped both in the sale of my home and then the purchase of my current home. The listing she created for the sale of the home was excellent, as were her suggestions on how to stage the home, and I had an offer the first day on the market (actually by the first people who went through the house). Elizabeth stayed on top of all of the… inspections and sent me information and reminders as needed.

Did a fantastic job for us. Another realtor had said we would only be able to sell our house for someone else to flip or rent it. Instead, sold it for 3 times what he said. It was only on the market a week before we had a firm offer at full asking price and closed a month later. The house is 50 years old and she… worked with us every step of the way through the due diligence period and called technicians when they were slow to respond to us. I was an anxious client who had no idea what selling a house was like and she held my hand through it all. I would recommend to anyone.
