When I was looking to hire an agent to sell my Greenwich Village apartment, I wanted an aggressive, but professional team to represent me. Five years prior I had a terrible experience purchasing the apartment. The prior seller's broker and attorney were incompetent, uncommunicative, and borderline unethical.
