This place is a staple for lunch! Even with the increase of prices because of the obvious reasons, it's worth still going. The grape leaves, baba ganouj, and tabouli are all stand-outs. I love their shrimp salad, and the shrimp is always grilled to perfection with a wonderful flavor. Their white garlic sauce (Toum I think?) is so good with the shrimp. Oh and their baklava when they have it is so delicious! I think their pita could use an upgrade but it's nice that it isn't too filling! Love Gaby's on Washington.

I like the falafel pita better than the shawarma these days because it comes with tahini sauce instead of the garlic sauce and I like that better. HIGHLY RECOMMEND *VERY GOOD! The Baba Ghannouj is also terrific and the pita they offer with it is also not your average pita. Been going here for years, it's definitely in the lunch rotation.

This is the second time that Gaby's has completely messed up a delivery order. Last time it was with some of the wrong food. This time, they had not even put the order in for delivery after the time the food was supposed to be delivered (which was an hour and 20 after placing the order). They didn't even bother to call and let us know there was a problem. I had to call the Venice location to find out.

The food that actually successfully made it to my home (2 items missing) were just mediocre. The beef shawarma was incredibly dry, a bit fatty, and had A PIECE OF METAL IN THE ENTREÉ!! See photo. Falafel balls were flavorful, but also dry. Skimpy on the included pita. Probably will not order from here again, unfortunately.

Ordered a shawarma pita wrap with fries and salad . Took 1 bite and The shawarma on the wrap was super chewy and not eatable. I get it sometimes it happens . But when I went to exchange it the guy running the register was super nice but the cook started this nasty attitude with me and telling me why I ate half the sandwich if it wasn’t good ! I literally took 1 bite off the sandwich and I showed it to him. Does he really think I’m gonna go back to steal extra food or something? he kept running his mouth at me with his non sense and arguing . Finally he made a new one threw it at the counter

Used to be a restaurant and now it's one sad little guy trying to load pre-made food and styrofoam into plastics bags. When they run out of the pre-made items they sub in stuff and hope you won't notice.
We're one step away from door dash (and others) making food in a warehouse with a fake restaurant name. And from here, that will be a step up.

USELESS. Is there a worse adjective?
NEVER order Gaby's from GrubHub or other delivery services.
After GrubHub notified us that the food is ready it took 45 minutes to deliver it. My house is six blocks away!
This exact thing happened twice now and it will be the last. When the driver arrived, who I would have assumed was from GrubHub, it was some belligerent guy who was pissed off that I was standing on the curb waiting for my food with a hungry family inside.
I asked him if he worked for GrubHub and he said he works for Gaby's. That's consistent with the last time as well

Outstanding experience all the way around great food and staff and who doesn't love south Redondo Beach.
I always take my friends and family there if a great experience I highly recommend.
I feel like a salesman when I tell friends lol and they ask me if I am a investor I just love the place sorry for the over sale just try it and you will be happy.

That being said I would of thought the proportion would be at least decent for the price .! Iv been to other Mediterranean spots but this one is the worst
I ordered a beef Shis C and only ended up with 5pieces of a very small bed of rice snot of hummus and a lot of salad.? If I knew this place was a rip of I wouldn't have gone here

This was my first time eating here. I was on the west side for work and we stopped at this place for a quick bite. It's a nice place with great seating for indoors and a small patio for outdoors. They also have a drive thru. Their Mediterranean wraps are delicious. I got the Beef Pita Wrap with fries and it was delightfully tasty. Although they have a great menu. There was just so much to choose from. And since it was my first time there, I thought I'd get something simple.

Myself and my boyfriend ordered from Gaby's last night for delivery. We ordered the beef shwarma meal each. It tasted delicious but both of us have woken up feeling horrendously ill and with the worst upset stomachs (without going into graphic detail , I flushed $45 of food down the loo...). I am 29 weeks pregnant so this is definitely NOT ideal. We will not ever be ordering from this restaurant again.

I ordered the kefta pita wrap 11.50$
I come from Long Beach the same wrap would have been 7$ max and twice the size with twice everything in it besides the price I wish I could say the flavor was worth the extra cash but this was the blandest most tasteless kefta I've ever had my partner and I both wanted to try it having driven by so many times but honestly just go some where els I'm supper heart broken about this place I've never had bad Mediterranean food till now

This used to be one of our favorite spots for a quick and inexpensive meal. But something has changed, and it's not for the better. We ordered the ROTISSERIE WHOLE CHICKEN. The breast meat lacked any hint of juiciness. The drumsticks were hard as rocks and would've made great little midget billy clubs - and the wings were so parched and bony, they offered nothing even close to edible.
While chewing the leathery-fowl substance, I couldn't help but wonder where Gaby's sources its birds...maybe they've tapped into a provider that features anorexic dehydrated

Ive heard so many good things about this multi store mediterranean food place that to try itI drove past several similar places I had visited.It has sll the usuals,shwarma,chicken and beef,rotisserie chicken,humus, and kabobs.
The performed quite adequately,tasty ,inexpensive,healthy
But honestly not a destination spot more just average..if youre in the area it will satisfy but I wouldnt travel far to eat here

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT go here. They do have good food, but what's the point if they don't get your order right. If it's going to take 75-95 minutes for my food to be delivered, then someone should make sure the order is correct. I ordered an item (turns out it was out of stock), so they replaced it with another item that wasn't of equal value.
The Grubhub rep tried helping me out by calling the restaurant, but they hung up on her.

We tried this place because my wife didn't feel like waiting in a line or for a seat after Christmas tree and gift shopping. We walked in and there was about 3 people inside so I was a little unsure but the lady was nice and the place smelled good. We got our food in about 10 minutes and sat outside. I had the lamb plate and it was very flavorful. The outside patio could use some TLC as it is outdated and bland. The food is good though and the place is clean, prices are fair and best of all everything is healthy. Plenty of parking on premises and parking on street if you can find a spot. Oh
